I told him what I needed him to do today but there was a couple of other things that I was thinking about having done and asked if he could give a look at it and tell me about what it would cost and he did that. My front light wasn't working. I had changed the bulb and they would come on and went right back out. I thought there was a short. He said there wasn't. There was a part that he had to tighten and they work perfectly fine. I went out and bought new light fixtures for the front thinking that these were blown and I needed new fixtures and I didn't need them at all. I would give him an A. He was very punctual. What I was so impressed with was he could've just put the new fixtures up and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he was very honest and he was trying to save me money and that is very important nowadays. I mean, he could've said 'yeah we got to put these new ones up.' But no, he said, 'no, ma'am, these are perfectly fine.' And what I told him is now that he did that, I'm thinking of putting the fixtures I did buy on either side of the garage door and that's what he gave me an estimate on. I already have recommended them and it was a friend who recommended them to me.”

I would give them an A+. The quality of work was excellent. I don't remember the guy's name, but he didn't stay long. After he pretty much assessed what was going on, he knew exactly what was needed. He increased the breaker; it was fifteen and he gave us more. He was punctual and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived to let me know how far he was away. He was very clean. He was very knowledgeable. I'd be highly likely to recommend them.”

“They did a good job. Those guys are good. In fact, we'll probably call them back out. They put a roof vent in. We might call them out for the garage, probably cover some outlets and put a vent that goes to the soffit in the future. Very good job. High quality work and the fan they put in has a ten or twelve year warranty. It's a good unit. We may call them though for an H-VAC system. We have warranty but we have a few problems with the unit. I think in the future if we want to upgrade it, we might call just to get some bids. We might call to see what the best rate is—the best service, best rate, and best quality too. Place some bids out there, get some perspective. I'd give them an A. It's not really their fault, there's a box up there that was kind of overloaded, I fixed that—to me that's more cosmetic so really that was my own preference. They did a great job. We had to reschedule. I took a day off so they had to come another day but overall punctuality as pretty good.”

I think they put an exhaust fan in the attic, they put a fan in the garage, and they switched a light-switch in one of the rooms. No plumbing. I had them do the annual checkup on the heating system and the air conditioner. I've been using them probably two years. I'd give them maybe an A-.”

The last thing they did was the fan—replaced the fan condensing motor—and then some other work with the air conditioning unit. They have done electrical for me in the past; they put a fan up for me. I had a bad experience with them that I scheduled at one of my rental properties for them to come out and give me an estimate. And when I made the appointment, I wasn't told that there was a flat service charge just for them to come out. There is a lot of miscommunication. I had two A/C units put in, they do my annual service and they've done some electrical work. I would grade them a B.”

“They start with, like, I think like 90 bucks to come out to see what the problem was and then they never called me the day of to tell me what the issue was. And then I didn't even know they had gone out there. I'd forgotten about it but they just billed my credit card for $300. And when I called them and asked them about it, all they actually did was flip a switch on an electrical panel and so what I told the guy was ‘hey, if you had called me about what the problem is, I would've said, I'll fix it myself and I would've only been charged the $90’ and then they would've left and I could've flipped the switch. And I don't know how many times I explained that to them because anytime they come out, they'll diagnose the problem and then if you want to do the work, you have them do the work. But they never called me to tell me what needed done and no reason the person would pay $300 to flip a switch. I'd give them an D because I’ve also given them a lot of work with the rental properties I have and I also had them install an A/C unit in my primary residence. They flipped the switch fine, I guess. They were punctual. I don't know about cleanliness, I wasn't there. They were very knowledgeable.”

“It was good. It was great. Our breaker box was having some issues. They didn't try to gouge it. We didn't know what was going on, in regards to our breaker box. We were in the process of trying to sell our house and the buyer noticed that the breaker box was overly hot. So we called them out there to see exactly what was going on. They did the test and all they said was that it was just a situation where the summer was beginning, so the air conditioner was working extra hard, but there was nothing significantly wrong. They could have easily gouged it and came up with something, but they chose to be truthful. They didn't have to replace anything. They could have fake replaced something and they chose not to. They just told us exactly what was going on. They told us we didn't need anything. I would give them an A overall. I wasn't there, but my wife didn't have a complaint.”
