“They did a good job pinpointing the issue and didn't overcharge me. There was a miscommunication at one point and they did the wrong work, however when i brought this to their attention they came back out and completely fixed it and didn't charge me for that portion of the job.”

“I had a leak under the slab. Technician was knowledgeable and explained the repair plan well. However, the quote was way over priced at $3,000 which would have translated to $500 an hour. I had the same job done by someone else for $500. I did pay $275 to Cape Plumbing for manifold detection, which I had to do in order to re-route the pipe. This service was less expensive than quotes from other leak detection companies. I feel that the main job quote was unfair given other estimates I had received for the same job.”

“Only because they charged me an exorbitant price, something like four hundred and fifty dollars to solder a piper and the entire job took not even an hour and I know because the plumber at the house let me know when he was coming and going. So they basically charged me four hundred and fifty dollars for an hour's worth of work.”
