“The guy that came out left a mess in my house. He also inserted my old air filter instead of replacing it with a new one. He put the side of the air condition on upside down. He did not even screw it back in. He just shoved a piece of metal and that was causing the air conditioner to make a whistling noise. He also put the filter in upside down. I had to take everything out and put it back in properly. He left clumps of debrie from the filter all over my floor and I had to clean it up. He had no idea what he was doing. They charged us an outrageous amount for the work done.”
