I called Donnelly’s Plumbing, Cooling, Heating on a Thursday afternoon for an emergency exterior gas line repair. They gave me a free quote and scheduled the work for 9am the following morning to ensure I would not be without gas for the weekend. Travis, the technician who prepared the quote was also the tech who arrived on time and completed the repair. He was pleasant and professional. He called when on his way and upon his arrival to my home. He also took time to explain everything he did. While I had hoped to get the work done cheaper I have peace of mind knowing the job was done well.

We’ve been longtime members of Donnelleys service plan. Every technician we have had has been prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Most recently we had Nafeese and his positive energy and can-do attitude were much appreciated! He never made us feel rushed and was incredibly patient about explaining thermodynamics to a non-engineer! I would absolutely recommend asking for him!

The folks at Donnelly’s are exceptional. Mike, Rob, Jimmy, Dan, James, and the rest of the crew were absolutely fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Mike handled all of the discussions with our insurance and Rob handled everything with PECO’s gas subcontractor. We are very impressed and will certainly use their services moving forward. They turned a crappy (literally) situation into a manageable and stress-free experience. They handled everything from top to bottom. 12/10 recommend. We can’t speak more highly of this crew and company!!

Jeremy with Donnelly’s was the ultimate professional—knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work he was doing and why it was needed. He was kind, patient, respectful of my home, and left everything clean when the job was finished. While their prices were on the higher side, the quality of the service, communication, and peace of mind made it well worth it. I have filed a BBB complaint. They came out to replace copper water line with stainless steel and BURNED my kitchen cabinet, which is made of wood. They refused to respond to my complaint to them. And this is after I purchased a completely new HVAC from them this past summer for around $16,000. The public should know this is how they treat their customers!! UPDATE SINCE OWNER RESPONSE: Hear more about my experience? You ignored me for 2 months, after saying you would look into it and get back to me. You never did! Reimburse me for the cost to replace this cabinet and you will have reinstated my trust in your company! UPDATE FEB 2026: Revised to 2 stars as this company did reimburse me for the cost of the service, however they did not reimburse me for replacing the cabinet itself, which was irreparably damaged by them. And I was unable to match the rest of the cabinets!
