HOMEOWNER REVIEWS SELECTED FROM SURVEYS COLLECTED:

“The guy that came around should be promoted to king. I had two different ones and they're really good. Chris was really good. My grandson flushed a toy truck down the toilet and it got stuck. Now that took two calls and the third call was installing a new toilet. They just kept coming. There was some work outside too. He did something. Chris is great. The other guy is great too. I'd give them an A.”

“He was professional, upfront, and direct. He didn't beat around the bush and have the whole bunch of sideways conversation. He told us what we needed to get done and took care of it for us. We had a plumbing issue on the outside where there was a hose. The grass had grown over it because it was an exit hose from the deck, and the ground for water to come in, rain and so forth. He located it and then uncovered it. It was buried in the neighbors' grass. It was a newly bought home we'd got. The previous owners didn't really take care of that situation. When he did it, it was like somebody belched. The water just came gushing out of this hose that was backed up. It seemed like there was quite a bit of water. It didn't go in our house but it was stopped up on the outside. He removed the glass. You just heard a big belch and all this water came gushing out. It was really neat. They're A+.”

“They came out and took a look at the plumbing. They kept the appointment and they showed up on time. I think they unclogged the toilet. They just did the drain work. I'd give them an A.”

“They were here just two weeks ago. It was five-plus stars. They did work on a plugged sewer. They get an A.”

“They arrived on time and were informative as to what previous work was done and what was wrong with it. He explained how he was going to fix it and how to prevent any future issues. They replaced the hot water pressure build up. He drained my hot water heater. I'd give them an A.”

“I would grade my overall experience as A++. They did minor work for me. We've had them before. The work was done very well.”

“I'd give them an A+ because he did an excellent job—very good job. I was very happy. I keep their information, and when I need them, I call them back. They send the same guy. He is very nice and very polite. I gave the name to some of my friends.”

“Overall, I'd give them an A+. I had a very positive experience—from the beginning estimates to the cleanup. They had to replace sewer drain lines inside the house.”

“Everything was excellent, and I had no complaints.”

“Overall, I would grade them as an A+.”

“Len The Plumber was really good. In fact, he told me a lot of information, such as what kind of toilet paper I needed and stuff like that. I had some new flooring put in the basement, and I guess the people that put the toilet back didn't put it back properly. It caused some issues with clogging, and he fixed that. I would give them an A+ for the overall experience. It was right before I was going to list my house, and he was very good.”

“It was great. They get an A+ from me.”

“They fixed a clogged sink drain. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. I'd give them an A for my overall experience.”

“My experience was OK with them, and I'd give them an A.”

“I don't have any bad comments. They did a good job. Everything was OK. I can give them an A for the overall experience. I have no complaints at all.”

“They had a good technician that did quality work. I would give them an A for the overall experience. I have already recommended them.”

“My experience was great, and I have no complaints at all.”

“They're fine. It was a good job. They did drain cleaning, and I have no complaints at all.”

“They have done some drain cleaning for me. They earned an A.”

“They did what they were supposed to do. They came in, and there were no issues. Everything is fine. I'd give them an A for the overall experience.”

“They were good. They came out twice. Once was connecting the tub floor drain when we remodeled our bathroom. The second time, there was a leak somewhere in the bathroom—not their fault. They had good customer service, and their plumbers were nice guys. I'd give them an A.”
