“1. Tech did not finish the job or fix the problem. 2. Tech told me he would return to the house with the replacement (3 Amp) fuse the following day (first thing). He then said it would be NLT 2 pm - and he took my number and said he would call me to let me know what time … never received a call from anyone. 3. I had visitors I knew in 1067 in Naples, Italy, who had flown in from across the country for 3 days to to help me through a difficult time - and we couldn’t leave the house for two of their 3 days while we waited for the tech to fix the hot tub / spa (essential to help me manage a severe medical condition (I am a 100% disabled American Veteran suffering from a neurological condition - the pain from which is controlled through spa treatments). 4. When the tech finally showed up the next day some two to three hours later than a text message indicated, he installed the 3 Amp fuse he had purchased. The Spa still did not work. Later I discovered through research the correct fuse size was 0.3 Amp. The spa does not work. 4. The tech indicated he had marked the correct breaker from the house panel that feeds the emergency (local) breaker panel on the deck next to the Spa - in searching with my volt meter it appears the wiring is still hot even after tripping the main switch as well as the emergency local breaker. - which could have killed me!) 5. A call to replace a switch and an emergency shut off breaker (I provided) that started at $49 service call ended up costing me around $1,500, and the repaired did not work!! I have ordered an entire new control panel, but because I can’t shut off electricity to the spa and it’s 220 volt service, I don’t wsant to make the repaired did myself. I want Jason (?), our Tech, to return first thing Thursday morning and FIX THE SPA. PlLEASE HELP AARRANGE THIS!! NOTE”

The electrician showed up around 12:25 and told me he wasn’t aware of any appointment times. The work took 15 minutes. I supplied the GFI outlet. The bill was $259.00.”
