“Technically not cost effective”
“This company had a totally unsatisfactory customer experience with me. It did not provide the service on the agreed upon date. This date was arranged one week ahead. The heat wave that we were experiencing at the time made this error unbearable. To make things worse, I was called and told the plumber could not come. I did not schedule a plumber. I scheduled an air conditioning tech. The person I spoke with apologized and verified my correct appointment. No one showed up. I called the next morning and said they would be reported to the better business bureau if they did not come. This was after calling and being assured that I would receive a call immediately Two hours later- no call. I called again with the same assurance- no call. Again no call, after two hours. I then, with the previously mentioned BBB call, and low and behold, a tech arrived at the end of the work day. I failed to mention that they said I never had an appointment and kept referring me as Reggie! Needless to say, this was the worse customer experience I ever had. I must say, the tech did a great job. He should not be affiliated in any way with My Plumber Plus.”

“Peter who is part of the sales team is fabulous! He came by and took a look at my ac unit and furnace even during a rain storm. He was very professional and courteous. The guys that came to do the installation were great as well. Luis and Muhammad are a great team and worked very hard and quickly to make sure everything went smoothly and was done correctly. They did a fantastic job and now my ac is nice and cool. It’s quiet also and works way better than my old unit. I’m glad I chose to use My Plumber Plus and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new ac and furnace!”

“We called My Plumber Plus to schedule a routine check on our HVAC system. We were scheduled for a Monday between 8 and 4. They called us Friday before our appointment to let us know that they had a schedule change and could fit us in sooner. They rescheduled us for the next day, Saturday, between 8 and 10. At 11, I called to get the status and the lady I spoke with was very rude. She would not give me any information when I asked if they were on their way or what was going on. She stated that they would call us when they were on the way and that was it. 5 o'clock rolls around, and no one has showed up. I did not receive a courtesy call stating that they would not be coming, nothing from them. To me, it was bad customer service. We did get rescheduled for Monday, which they should have just left us with, and showed up between 10:30 and 11. The whole thing was handled wrong.”
“The job was horrible from start to finish a bunch of monkeys in blue shirts running around. thank God, my husband was there to supervise.Their tech actually used the bathroom and took a 25 minute poop when we had no water.
