“Been a member for several years. Had a clog that I was struggling with and called. Someone came quickly, but the total for the work was going to be a ridiculous $600. The tech got it down to $400 through discounts and gift cards, but that is way too much for something so simple. Not sure what I am even paying for if this is the charge for something simple like this. Will probably cancel my subscription after this.”

“See response to question 11 and 15. I initially gave a 3 star but the Mr Plumber folks on the phone were gracious, understanding and helpful; the person came out when I was told he would; and Ramesh was understanding and knowledgable and took my concerns seriously.”
