“My family is selling a house, and the homebuyers inspection noted several plumbing issues, so we called LTP for the repairs. Our plumber, Mr. Joseph Fanning, came to the house and reviewed the inspector’s findings and very clearly explained why the inspector’s findings were incorrect. Several items flagged for correction by the inspector were deemed acceptable by Mr. Fanning, Mr Fanning’s assessments were ultimately accepted by the homebuyers we. I will definitely recommend Len The Plumber not only for service and repairs, but for home seller consultation.”

“The the tech left my bathroom a disaster area.”
“A simple repair: blockage in Kitchen sink drain. Since I retired, I have gotten rid of all my tools, including my pipe wrenches, hand cutters and hand threading tools, etc. Man who came cleared the blockage and replaced the "J" trap. Done in 20 to 30 minutes. Welldone.”

“Len the Plumber is grossly overpriced for the work that was done -- easily by a factor of 4-5.”
“I had drain cleaning done. They gave me a price for this drain cleaning. The problem was when he did the cleaning, I had a clog. He did the drain cleaning, but it was quite expensive. It was somewhere around $400. I read the contract after he left, and it spoke of this fee for up to 90 minutes of cleaning. He was here for 20 minutes and used a truck with a machine. He used the truck for 20 minutes until he unclogged the clog. The reality is it was fine for about a week, The clog came back. I really feel like if he had full done the cleaning for the 90 minutes, it would not have returned. Now it's gurgling again. I'm going to have someone else come out to do a full session. But it’s costing me money again. That's why I would not recommend them.”
