Our water heater finally stopped working, it had a long and good life (21 years!) i called Len the Plumber first thing in the morning and they were able to send Mark Thompson out later that day. They were accommodating to the late afternoon window of time I needed. Mark took a look at our old water heater and did concur it was time to replace it. It was certainly on borrowed time. Mark gave me quotes for both a 50 gallon and 75 gallon. They do not carry a 60 gallon, which is what I had. I home it was a bit of a sticker shock on the coat of a new water heater, we went with the larger one. Mark did ask if I wanted to join their membership ($16 per month, with a year long minimum) and said it would save me $2000 by doing so. While this did feel like an upscale and one that I felt pressured to accept, I’ll want to figure out how to use this service for the next year. It was unclear to me if they will service my HVAC system as well. Mark was there for about 4 hours, installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up and took away the old one. Thanks LP for being very efficient and responsive.

We had a really great experience w Len the Plumber. It started with our service quote from John. We had other quotes but John appeared to be the most professional and the most knowledgeable, he really got into the detail of what was wrong with our system and what we would need to do to fix those issues. He gave us his number and said we could ask any questions and trust me we did. He would answer comprehensively each time even when it wasn’t always advantageous for him. After a few days and more quotes we decided to go with Lens for the full system replacement and we were happy with the price we got. Rebecca was very sweet, at the end of the day she’s their sales person but I did feel like she was telling us the good and the bad for the most part and her and Matt were able to get the price down so we felt like we were getting top of the line equipment for a fair price. All of the technicians were really sweet including with out dog, Momo and our cat Swoop. We felt comfortable having them in our home. Overall so far it was a great experience and we would recommend them.

I had an overall positive experience with Len the Plumber and appreciated their same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. I had both routine HVAC maintenance and plumbing work completed during the visit. The plumbing service was a bit pricey and I contemplated whether I should've gotten a second opinion...The technician didn't give a thorough explanation of the available options. However, the overall quality of service was good, and the work was completed efficiently. Hopefully, it holds up and I don't have to revisit this issue in the near future. What stood out most was the professionalism and expertise of both the HVAC and plumbing supervisors. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain things clearly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, a reliable company with convenient scheduling and professional staff.

We recently had our water heater replaced after more than 20 years, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Our technician, John McKinnon, was absolutely outstanding. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire installation process and answer all of our questions. John's attention to detail and pride in his work were evident throughout the job. He made sure everything was installed correctly, left the work area spotless, and ensured we were completely satisfied before he left. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but John certainly does. Replacing a water heater can be a stressful expense, but John made the entire process smooth and worry-free. We truly appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to doing the job right. From the moment Walter arrived, his kindness and professionalism and knowledge were evident. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, explained everything to me in detail, and worked efficiently to fix it. Even when he had to break the news of the price, he was mindful about it. My home is perfectly comfortable again, and I highly recommend him, his service is exceptional. 👏 👏 👏
