“I believe they helped us with our garage disposal. It's been a while, but I think they were on time, and that they came quickly. Pleasant guy that worked on the disposal. I'd give them an A. I'd recommend them.”

As it turned out, all he really needed to do was turn off the garbage disposal and turn it back on, then wait a minute or two, and then turn it back on again; then it cleared itself out. For the toilet, he needed to replace a few parts—I don't remember exactly what it was he replaced. I'd give them an A-. It was all good. I keep their little magnets on my fridge, and I would recommend them to anybody.”

“This was a couple of months back. Everything was good. I just paid for a few minutes—10 minutes because it was not a very big issue. Whatever it is they have done, it was good. They told me how to manage it in the correct way after that. I do not see any issues now. There was something stuck in there, and they just removed it. It was very quick actually. They were trying the garbage disposal in the kitchen. Something got stuck, and the water was not draining out. They came in, removed a small piece. Water was stuck in there, and then everything was fine. I'd give them an A+.”

I had a plumber here last summer. I think that was when they cleaned the drain from the washing machine into the sewer line, and it's worked fine ever since they fixed it. I would give them a pretty high grade. I was having a problem with overflow—the pipe that hooked the washer over into a drainpipe was clogged up. They cleaned that up and put in a new pipe—I haven't had any water in the basement since, so I'd say it's good. That was the last time I had a plumber here.”

“They've done a lot of things for me over the years, and everything has been fine. I use their plumber. They replaced my pipes from the street to the house, and they replaced pipes under the house. They come twice a year and check my air and my heat—we have a contract with them for that. We had one pipe that got stopped up. There was a rough edge there where there was supposed to have put something smooth where the pipes connect. Something got stuck there, and the water was backing up. They fixed that. They're the only plumber that I use. I haven't had any complaints yet.”

“They replaced some drainpipes. I live in a house that's about 60 years old, so it was cast iron that just gave way and started leaking. I had a problem with some drain flies—they'll drive you crazy. They just live in slush, water, and all that stuff, so I called my handy plumber at Fulton Services. He came and looked at it. He crawled underneath, and there was a big cesspool full of water. He said the pipe needed to be changed, so they did that. They did it satisfactorily, and I'm happy because I don't have any flies anymore. That was the second or third time I used them, and I have no complaints.”
