They also cut the hole in the ceiling to not let the plaster fall. I would grade my overall experience as an A. They came right away. They came the same day that we had the problem.”

They got rid of a lot of the flooded, damaged furniture and stuff. Overall, I'd give them an A. I didn't know how to do the work myself and their people seemed to be quite experienced. I'd recommend them because I don't know anybody else to recommend.”
“Resident Restorers did some mitigation work, some pack-out work for them. I got Resident Restorers in there to do the pack-out and everything. They were very quickly responsive. They responded right away and not like when you call someone and you have to wait a few days. They had to take her content out and store it off site. She decided that while her furniture was in storage she would move. So she moved and they even brought her furniture back to her new house for her. They acted as movers for her. I would definitely give them an A for their overall work.”

They were there quick and did everything—ripped out the drywall and hooked up the fans and dehumidifiers. I'd recommend them. I'd give them an A. I had no problems with them.”
“They were Johnny-on-the-spot, immediately. When we had the issue, they monitored and kept right up with it. There was some interior flooding—they had to mop up, dry things out, pick up the rugs, and put in fans. They kept an eye on that and made sure the humidity levels were down and everything had dried out appropriately. It took about five days with the fans running. I'd recommend them. I'd give them an A grade.”
“They were very friendly and seemed very amenable if you had a request or something. A tree fell on the house and really tore it up pretty bad, so we had some water damage. A lot of what they did was separating out trash and damaged equipment from stuff that could be reused, so to speak. They packed and hauled a lot of trash away. They had big drying fans that they moved around and did a lot of other stuff. They were in there several months. I'd have to give them an A. They did a pretty nice job, and I didn't have any complaints whatsoever.”
