“The people from Purofirst are absolutely fantastic. I had a condo that flooded over, and we were originally referred to another restoration company that the property manager had a contract with. Based on our insurance, though, we were not bound to work with them, so a friend of a friend told us about Purofirst to do our pack out. When I was speaking with the team leader on the pack out, I learned that they also do restoration. From there, he gave me the estimate. He was so prompt, and he actually cared—he followed up even when there was nothing to follow up on. Even if there wasn't any reason to call, he'd just let me know there was nothing going on that day. Then, there are the people who I really cannot thank enough. There were two main guys. I could not have asked for a better project manager. I'm not exactly sure what his title is, but I'm talking about somebody who went absolutely above and beyond. He was working the schedule around to meet mine. He followed up with everything, and the company was never hard to reach with phone calls. When somebody has a flood, they're just absolutely helpless. I really don't know what we would have done without Purofirst. A friend from a long time ago introduced us to Purofirst. He runs an upholstery and garment restoration company, and he came to take some of our garments and upholstered items out. We were talking about what was going on and how frustrated I'd been, and he said he knew somebody at Purofirst who could help with the pack out. From there, they did a great job with the pack out, so we changed services and went with them for the restoration. They earned their A+ from us.”
