“The initial process of getting the quote and work order put together was a wonderful process. However, once the project started, it was apparent that the company was not prepared to handle the project they quoted us for. They were unable to accurately determine what processes were going to be needed before starting the job, causing us to have to go back and forth with the owners of the company to finish the job due to added expense, which was unnecessary.”

“I had high expectations for this project based on the work I saw on their website and my initial meetings with my solutions specialist. The project had numerous hurdles because of the amount of rain we received during the time. As a result, I feel the project was rushed and quality of craftsmanship suffered. I am particularly unhappy with how the screens turned out. They do not fit properly and as a result have gotten bent in corners and jammed in so some parts stick out more than others in places. Hopefully these issues and some others will be fix in warranty. No one walked around with me to do a final inspection prior to closing out the final payment and going to warranty. I'm partly to blame for this as I wanted the final payment to go on the financing they helped setup but due to the project taking longer the purchase date deadline had ended before the work was done. The PM was somewhat communicative during the process. A lot of the times he would tell me what work was going to be done that day after the crew had already done most of it. There was also a change I wanted done and was willing to pay more before the project started and materials were ever delivered I was told to wait until later to discuss it and now that seems it will never get done. All in all I doubt my project will be one they will post as an example on their website.”

“Some things were done incorrectly that they should have caught. We are not happy with them. The salesmen was very good but the followup of everything else was not good. They way they built the deck it blocked one of the doors to get to the heating. We can still open it a crack but this is something they should have caught. We were not monitoring them as well as we should have but we didn't think we had too.”
