“They failed to listen to me when I told them the installer was installing my cabinets incorrectly. They also failed to give me a drawing before the installer started. The installer wanted to tell me I was wrong. I was having cabinets put in my sewing room. Part of the cabinets was a table they installed that was supposed to be desk height and that I would be putting my machines on. I told the installer this is not desk height. He said, "Yes, it is." So I sat down at the desk and it came up to my chin.”
