The design was wonderful and since then I've had them back to do my husband's closet (he was jealous) as well as the closets in the other 3 bedrooms. I can't express how happy I am with their work.”

“The design and initial encounter with Closet America was not pleasant at all. The design took hours for a relatively small space, and the first rendering seemed impractical and overcrowded. After multiple changes, I eventually ended up guiding the designer to the final design, which was in line with the proposal from other providers (I always contact more than one provider/contractor for comparison purposes). Moreover, the company still has the old mentality of pressuring you to sign a contract before the designer leaves your home. You are initially presented with an outrageous quote and eventually they give you the final number after multiple fake calls with the office. For this reason, I strongly suggest contacting other providers before contacting Closet America. That said, the product, installation and customer service are great. The closet looks really good and sturdy, the installation team was very professional and walked you through the entire process, and the company follows up after the installation and fixes outstanding issues until you are happy with the final product.”
