“We've been happy with the experience of working with Bethesda Chimney and will use them for future projects. Brian and Nicole did a good job working with us and answering a lot of questions to determine what work we wanted to get done. While they did offer some options we didn’t wind up going with, I never felt pressured to do work we didn’t want. The work itself has also been up to our expectations. Rogel and his team (William and Uriel I believe) were great. They spent time explaining exactly what they were going to do, answering any questions I had, and keeping me informed as anything came up. Bethesda Chimney wasn't the cheapest option we looked at, but we felt they are very fairly priced for the level of service and work they have provided.”

“I contacted Bethesda Chimney multiple times via phone and email to see if I could get answers to questions I had regarding a quote I received that came back higher then expected. When I called, I was told someone would get back to me who could answer my questions. I never received a call back. I received generic emails asking me to take the next steps with the quote but when I responded back with past emails that went unanswered, I would continue to get no response and just more generic emails.”

“I had a level 3 chimney inspection preformed and was told our fire place was not to code. I spent several months looking into this issue only to come to the conclusion that there were no code violations. I spoke with the manufactured of the chimney and a rockville building code rep both of whom confirmed the fire place was installed properly. I asked repeatedly for help from Bethesda chimney to identify the codes that were not followed and I did not get any response.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Bethesda Chimney. We'd had rainwater coming into our house since shortly after we moved in last year. Another company's attempts to stop it did not work. Once we received the recco for Bethesda Chimney from a trusted source, we were ready to go. First, scheduling was easy and quick, Nicole is fantastic with communication. They had us on-schedule within days. Next, the inspection was very thorough. Bethesda Chimney proposed clear steps meant to stop our problem (and pointed out a few other things we plan to take care of in the years ahead). Scheduling the work, again, was very easy. All steps (vent tubes, crown coat, chipping/repainting the chimney with masory paint, and hip and ridge cap) were done in a timely manner. The hip and ridge cap went on right before a rainy day. And no rainwater in the house! All of the above--from scheduling to results--is in stark contrast to our first experience. Bethesda Chimney is as professional and results-oriented as can be. (I have to add--the hip and ridge cap makes the house stand out in a way that I love.) Elijah, Rogel, Cody, Zach and Shaun were on our project and did a tremendous job. They were all happy to answer questions and kept us up to date on every step. Everyone was masked and careful to keep distance, too, when we chatted. We are so happy and will, without a doubt, go back to Bethesda Chimney for future projects.”
