“They did good. At the time, I had a snake problem because I have a very large koi pond. We weren't able to catch the snake that was in the pond, but they did catch a little baby snake out on the edge of the pond. The guy told me that the reason I had a snake problem was because I pretty much had a snake paradise. I had all kinds of rocks around the edge and lots of the plants in the water. We started ripping plants out of the water, and my pond has a lot less plants now. About a week later, I managed to catch both of the snakes and kill them. I liked the fact that the guy that came out was very knowledgeable about snakes. I'd tell someone thinking of using them to go for it. The chances of catching a snake in a pond are kind of a 50/50 possibility, but as far as other wildlife, there may be better chances of them actually catching them if they're in your house or something, where they can confine it a little better. I was a little disappointed that we didn't catch the big snakes, but he educated me enough to know what to do, and I was able to take care of the problem myself. I think I would give them an A-. They were really good, but we didn't actually catch the real culprit snake. At least my issue was not a poisonous snake.”

“It was a very positive experience. I have a split-level home, and these raccoons were living right above the first floor. He was like, 'You may have to cut the ceiling or exterior brick out,' and I'm like, 'No, this is crazy.' I left work early and just ran over here frantic, and I couldn't remember my code to turn the alarm off. So, I got in the house, and the alarm is blaring. The next morning, I saw the mom raccoon carrying babies out. Just from that noise. But then he came back because I still wanted to do the tennis ball thing to patch the pipe on the chimney where the raccoons were coming in. He was a great guy. I chose them because they're about the only ones in this area that will do a safe removal. I would tell anyone with this issue to let them come see what's going on. See if this is going to work for you because the last thing you need is a dead varmint up in your attic or in your chimney. It would be very smelly. I'd give them an A+. We patched the place on the chimney where they were coming in, but that did not eradicate the raccoons. Even though it's in the city, we live in a very wooded area, and I still have raccoons. They're getting more and more aggressive, so I've been putting out coyote urine. I mean, one night I was sitting on my back patio, and I thought they were going to come in the house with me if I didn't shut the door quick enough. That's what happens when people put cat food out.”
