“Great customer service. Very professional team.”

“Both crews that worked at my home were extremely positive and professional. I am a business owner and can hope that my technicians act as professionally at the technicians that worked at my home.”

“Mr. Chip Carruth was our technician at the house we sold. He did such a great job we requested him to inspect the fireplace/chimney in our newly purchased home a month later.”

“No water leaks so far so. I'm thinking everything is great.”

“They were great! I had 4 jobs to have done at two different properties. All went very well and I am having them back to install a stove this fall.”

“Chimney still has a drip when it rains but no one seems to think it is anything to worry about. They were awesome with customer service and punctual I would call again.”

“I was very pleased with the service that I received. I highly recommend the team at Chimney Solutions!”

“Excellent work. Very knowledgeable about the process they were doing to restore a 92 year old chimney.”

“A total A+ experience! They return calls immediately and come back to the site immediately if you have any questions. They are professional and do quality work. No concerns at all with this company.”

“We had a chimney that was leaning above the roofline of the house. Once engaged, the CS workers were prompt and took care of fixing the lean.”

“Checked roof for leak at 2 locations. One was caused by pine straw pileup. The other was a concave chimney cap holding water and the leaking around the chimney. Cleared straw. Replaced cap. All OK. Thanks for a job well done.”

“Very good firm. No complaints. Would recommend without qualification.”

“Chimney Solutions staff is courteous and professional from the initial call, when they answer the phone, until the job has been completed to your satisfaction. I recommend them without reservation.”

“They found and fixed a gas leak in a fireplace that had the gas turned off for many years. These repairs were crucial to our selling my mother's house. Very professional.”

“Your representative Joe, was very knowledgeable and a pleasant guy to talk to. Joe made the recommendations he felt were necessary to fix my chimney. He told me when the chimney cap would be ready and when it would be installed. And it was ready and installed on time. No gripes!!”

“Ted Henderson did a tremendous job. His excellent attention to detail was matched by superb customer service. As a project manager he communicated very well and anticipated and managed project progress. As someone who supervised large Operations with many project managers and millions of dollars, Ted is in the top 1% of all I ever saw in my 40 years experience. Thanks to Ted for being an Outstanding ambassador for Chimney Solutions.”

“The two workers showed up on time and got right to work. They replaced and sealed the chimney flashing, which had been leaking, installed a custom built screen cap on the chimney to keep out leaves, squirrels and birds (which had been absent on the previous cap) and painted the chimney (it's a metal fabricated chimney) with Rust-oleum paint. Looks great and no more leaking inside the fireplace. Great job.”

“We were impressed from the start—making the appointment, confirmation of the appointment and then our meeting with Ted Henderson and his professionalism and expertise gave us tremendous confidence with his approach to the work that we needed to have done. Then the actual installation day came and once again Ted rose to the occasion. He arrived on time, and did a very impressive job. We have NEVER had such a positive experience with ANY company in over 20 years living in Georgia. Hats off to Chimney Solutions and your staff!”

“It was awesome. It was fireplace work, and it was all good. They were nice, and they did a good job. I'd give them an A+.”

“They were fabulous. They rebuilt a cap on our brick chimney and replaced the wood. I liked their communication; they kept us in the loop on how long it would take. We always knew where we stood. They're an A+ company.”

“They enclosed a chimney and put gas logs in. They did good work, and they just seemed to know what they were doing—very polite and professional. They're A+.”

“Everything went great. Chimney Solutions does excellent work, and I would recommend them for it. It was quality work—A.”

“They cleaned the chimney and replaced the inner wall. They were very courteous and very professional. They're an A+.”

“I had a very good experience with them. That was cleaning and cap replacement. It was HardiePlank; not brick. The first person that came out was awesome. He cleaned the chimney, and then there was a different group that came out after the inspection was done and when cap needed replacement. All of it went very well. I'd give them an A+. I had to call customer service several times, and they were great. When it comes to coupons and stuff like that, they honor all of it. They don't find ways out of it. I already have recommended them.”

“They had to rebuild both of my chimneys. The chimneys were stucco. The stucco got water damaged in the middle, which caused the leak into my roof. They couldn't do anything. There were three options to fix it, but the best was a total rebuild and replacement. I'd give them an A-. The only thing I can't really judge is quality of work. I can't go up there and check myself, but I know I don't have any more leaks.”

“It was very positive. They did some mortar work on our chimney and waterproofed it. It involved bricks. I had heard great things about them. They did work on a neighbor's home. He was very thorough and seemed to be very honest, and they followed up. I'm very pleased with them. I'd give them an A+.”

“They put a new firewall in the back of my chimney. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves, and that was it. I'd give them an A+.”

“That was a while ago. It wasn't brick work. They did our chimney, and we have HardiePlank, so it's not brick. They were always on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They gave me an estimate. Everything was done the way they said it was going to be. They took pictures and showed me what needed to be done and afterwards, what was done. It went well. I'd say an A+.”

“I hired them twice to come out and do some work, and I would say both were positive experiences. There was a brick chimney that I had them waterproof and take a look at, and they came back out to do some brick work around a window that they actually found from the first visit. I didn't know about that; they notified me I had some brick coming up around a window, and it was causing some issues, so I hired them again to come back out. I had no issues, so I'd give them an A+. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“It was very positive. They didn't really do any brick work. What they did was put a new chimney cap on the chimney. The chimney is a prefab fireplace. They were very courteous and very quick, and they did a good job. They arrived on time, and they weren't here very long. The brand-new chimney cap turned out really well. I'd give them an A+.”

“They put a cap on the chimney and did some work around my roof and chimney. It was a rock chimney. They came when they said they would. The cap wouldn't fit the first time, so they told me when they'd come back. They came back, they fixed it, and I'm pleased with it. I'd give them an A+.”

“They actually replaced the fire grate—the mesh in the front—and the protector wall. Mine was cracked, so they replaced the whole thing. No brick work. They were on time, they're very courteous, and they cleaned up everything. I didn't have to worry about it. They just left the instructions for me to use, and they told me what I needed to do to keep it from cracking again. I followed all of their suggestions, and it's working fine. I'd give them an A+.”

“They sealed up six cracks around the chimney. It's a brick chimney. I liked their timeliness, neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism. I'd give them an A+.”

“They replaced a cap on my chimney. The chimney was not brick; it was planks. I had water damage in my fireplace, and he climbed up there, took pictures, showed me different things, and gave me different options about what could be done. They followed through. I'd give them an A+.”

“They replaced a fireplace. It was not brick. The fireplace works; that's what I liked. I'd give them an A+.”

“They were replacing a part on the chimney. I believe it's a brick chimney. It was just convenient. I'd give them an A+.”

“They replaced the chimney flue. They're the only ones that would help me, literally. I checked a couple of other companies, and no one would even talk to me, but those guys showed up and did a great job. It was not a brick chimney. I'd give them an A+.”

“They put in a new chimney pan at the top—or a drain fan, I guess—and then they did some repairs in the interior. I think there was a space where there was separation between the brick and the firebox, so they filled that in. I think they were thorough, professional, and timely. They did a good job, so it was positive. I'd give them an A+. It was good.”

“They did great work. They were doing a leak repair; no brick work. It's prefab fireplace with two pipes going through the top pan. We had a woodpecker come in and apparently chip out a bunch of the ceiling, and it's 40 feet off the ground, so they had to bring a long ladder. Then they had to bring another eight-foot ladder to get on top of the roof to get to the top of the chase, but it rained like crazy the night after they were here and not a drop came in, so I'd give them an A+. They were great. I already have recommended them.”

“They did some chimney work. We had a bat in our house, so they did some work at the top part outside. The chimney is not brick. It has HardiePlank around it. I don't know about the inside though; it could be brick. They were on time, and they did what they said they were going to do. They let me use the coupon I had found online, and it was all good. I thought they were an A+. I would recommend them.”

“It was great. Very positive. The house was built in 1943, and I don't think the chimney has been used probably in 50 years, because it wasn't safe. There were cracks in the foundation. It just wasn't safe, and we are related to the people who owned the house before us. They made it useable so that we could burn wood in it, and they fixed the cracks, mortared it, and made it safe so when we had a fire we weren't going to burn our house down. We've had warm weather ever since. The warm weather is because I got my fireplace fixed. I'd say A+.”

“They were repairing a leak on the brick chimney. They were very quick to respond when I called, and the worker let me know what time he would be coming. I'd give them an A+. I didn't climb on the roof and look at what they did, but I'm guessing they did a good job.”

“They were repairing gas fireplace inserts. It's a natural gas system. It was not brick; it's prefab metal. The technicians were quite knowledgeable in dealing with a very complex system upgrade, retrofit, and repair. They were working through some pretty complex issues. I'd give them an A+. I would recommend them.”

“I had a graded chimney installed in my house, and they put the cap on it. It was wood framed and had Hardie siding on it, so it wasn't brick. I was using another company; I bought the fireplace from them. I bought everything from them, and they just kept screwing it up. They just did a terrible job, but then they came out there and they said, 'Oh yeah. We can't do the chimney caps.' They were the ones that told me to build the chimney that way, so I said, 'OK. Don't show back up at my house. I've had enough,' because I've been dealing with them for months. I paid them over $10,000, and I finally told them not to come back. Then I called Chimney Solutions, and he came out and said, 'Oh yeah. We can do this.' He had the project done in two weeks. It looks good. I'd give them an A+.”

“They installed a fireplace insert and had to repair some damage to our chimney. It was a sided chimney. They were very responsive. When we were looking to do the work, I had called a couple of other providers, and they just didn't respond back. Chimney Solutions did. They were very informative and walked us through the process. They were very good at the work that they did. Very courteous and professional. It was great. I'd give them an A+. As a matter of fact, we're trying to get our other neighbors to look at them as a potential.”

“We had two chimney caps that needed to be replaced. This was for a stucco chimney. The people who did the estimate and the people who did the work seemed to know what they were doing. They knew exactly what we needed to have done, and they did what they said they'd do. There was a bit of a hiccup, but they took care of the issue as quickly as they could. We were selling the house, and we were up against a deadline to get the work done so we could close on the house. They got the work done for us in time. I would say it was an A.”

“They were putting a fireplace in. It was not brick. They did a good job. Their results are very good. I'd give them an A.”

“They had to come out and redo the fireplace. Smoke was coming into the house, so they had to extend the chimney up. They didn't put the vent in the first time to draw in outside air, so they did that again, and they filled about an inch gap around the firebox. It involved brick and siding on the back side. They left a pretty bad caulking job on the outside and didn't touch up with any paint, which I didn't notice until after they had left, so I just let it go. Other than that, they were very good about coming back out and responding, and they did fix the problem, so I don't have any complaints. They took care of the couple of issues that were there. I'm in construction. I get it. I would give them an A. Even though they had to redo a couple of things I would recommend them.”

“They did a great job. They rebuilt a chimney that had a leak problem. I had several companies come out, but they came out and did a real, proper analysis of the problem, gave me several quote options, and then came and did the job really well. They did a great job, and I was really pleased.”

“I think they were just cleaning, and I think they replaced the dampener or the flue or something. It was on a brick fireplace. My wife was pleased with the results, and there were no issues. I'll give them an A. It was fine across the board.”

“It was just fixing the brick chimney cap. We didn't get a cap; we got a mesh cover, so it went around the edges, and there was a problem around the edges. There was a problem at first, but they came back and fixed it. It's fine now. They're great people to deal with. We've used them before. I would recommend them. I'd say maybe an A-.”
