And they will be straight up with you and tell you whether or not it's worth doing and give you the option. But they will be very candid with you. They also will work very hard to do it right, as opposed to other people who will just do it, take your money, and disappear. I would give them an A+. I already have recommended them.”

They had put in some foam blocks on some furniture, but that left impressions on the rug that didn't really come out. That kind of irked me a little bit. They need to lift the furniture, but I was surprised they left them on. There were a couple of stains that they couldn't get out, and I didn't know if they truly couldn't get it out or if there could be more done, so I don't know. They were on time. They knew what they were doing. It's extremely likely I would recommend them.”

If I had had to replace that carpet, I would've been out a lot of money. And they came immediately. It's a lot of square footage, and it had to all be the same. And they got it up. And then they dabbled around a little, because it wasn't like the carpet was totally free of a spot or two anyway. They were just very nice, and they told me what to do if that sort of thing happened again. And they left a sample of their product they used. It was all good, in other words. And the guy was nice. I'm going to say they're an A for the overall experience. I have recommended them.”
