“They didn't do what we asked. They were supposed to clean around the edges of the carpet, and that was obviously what needed to be done, but it didn't happen. Their customer service was lacking and they didn't seem to try to provide the best experience. Generally, they did less than what should have been done and they weren't really interested in rectifying the situation.”
