“We used Duraclean to clean carpets in a home we just purchased. There were old stains and water spots that needed to be addressed. Scheduling was easy. Duraclean was out almost immediately. The cleaning was thorough and timely. The end cost was less than I expected. Highly recommend.”

“The reason I give a 4 is because I was guaranteed spots in my living room carpet wouldn't come back, but they did. They also didn't do a good job cleaning my bedroom rug. It still has an odor, and I was told it would go away, but it did not.”

“They cleaned a type of rug that they're not used to cleaning in my house, and they should have not agreed to clean it, because they did not know how, and it damaged the rug. They're fine for wall to wall carpet. They are not recommended for area rugs.”
