“Initially things how things were sold to me weren't great, but with Ally, she did a great job working with me. They said it would a maximum of 1 or 2 days for the installation, but it would be 3 days. I spoke to Ally, she gave me more information and I appreciate that. When the salespeople come, they should know what they are selling. I had to call multiple times to get the project done but like I said I really liked working with Ally. The staff that came to work at our house very courteous and very nice. The only drawback was the salesmen who did give me information but didn't give me accurate information. If I had known that this was going to happen, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the project. I was without a bathroom for 3 months. On the bright side, I did work with great people who got the project done.”

“The door for my tub/shower is very narrow. I now have to order a special door. Comfort Shower and Bath's manager told me that he would fix some drywall. When the installer came to fix it, he tried to say it was not his job. They did fix it because it was on the order form. He had to call in to make sure they were supposed to fix the drywall.”

“The original installation resulted in water being spilled thru the to the 2nd floor to the ceiling, down to a hardwood floor on the 1st floor and then to the basement.”

“The timeline for my installation was not met. When they did come, it did not go the way they said it would. My initial install did not get complete until June. They started in March. They did not tell me it would be that way. I was unable to use my shower from March until June. Once they did my install, the water continuously ran and was discolored. They told me the lifetime warranty was transferable, and it was not. I paid a lot of money for something I thought would be high quality. I could have paid more for a better product. They sold me ideas that were lies.”

“The shower head and hand held shower were way too big for our shower space. It looks awful and there is no way to fix without redoing everything. Also, chrome diverter was installed and it has a plastic valve it make the shower look cheap.”

“Working with Comfort Shower & Bath was truly a great experience. From the beginning to the installation, they were really incredible. I was very impressed. I don't think I ever had something done in my home that looks so efficient. The tub originally wasn't what I thought it wasn't going to be. Most companies would say you're stuck with what you picked. They were accommodating and got a different tub for me. I LOVE IT! I can't say enough good things about Comfort Shower & Bath!”
