My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with John Cummings, a sales representative from Jacuzzi , and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us make the best decision for our needs. He took the time to explain the products in detail, answer every question we had, and ensure we understood all our options. What stood out most was his patience and his commitment to making sure we felt confident and informed before moving forward. It never felt like a sales pitch—just honest guidance from someone who clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Jacuzzi is lucky to have John, a dedicated and customer-focused representative on their team

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital is well known with strong ratings, and we were not disappointed. Our sales person John explained the options, helped us design what we want. The workmen came and did a fantastic job making it a reality. We give Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital an A PLUS rating. We love our stand up shower it’s perfect! Dawn and Dave M, South Dartmouth MA

John Cummings, our sales rep, made it happen and made it easy. The crew came early and did not take a break or leave until the job was done, and it was done beautifully. I've never seen a crew work so hard. They were also very careful in the house, and when they left it looked like no one had been there--cleaning up everything. The shower is beautiful and safe!

We had a wonderful experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital from beginning to end. Casey was the salesperson who met with us, and he was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain the materials, the lifetime guarantee, how the project would be completed, the expected timeframe, and what we could expect throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had, never made us feel rushed, and made sure we were completely comfortable before moving forward. We were remodeling our bathrooms with my aging parents in mind, so safety and accessibility were extremely important to us. Our existing tub/shower combinations were replaced with beautiful stand-up showers, along with safety features including grab bars and seating. We wanted the bathrooms to be safer and easier to use without looking institutional—and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. We love our new bathrooms and have tremendous peace of mind knowing they are safer, more accessible, and backed by a lifetime guarantee. We highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital, and especially Casey. His professionalism, patience, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire experience a very positive one.

Casey Dodge was outstanding in every respect: knowledgeable, articulate, personable and thoroughly professional. His representation of the Jacuzzi product reflected authentic attention and knowledge regarding every aspect of his product. What particularly impressed me was his genuine loyalty to Jacuzzi. He clearly believed in the company and its products, but his enthusiasm was never excessive, rehearsed or accompanied by the slightest hint of high-pressure salesmanship. He struck that rare balance between being an excellent representative of his company and a thoughtful, trustworthy adviser to his customer." Kudos To Jacuzzi for recognizing the value of Casey his value to the team.
