“I recommend them because the work is really excellent. I put 3 star because the price is inflated and no on on the crew speaks English. This probably gets them less expensive workers but it isn't good for the customer who can't communicate with anyone on the crew.”

“The project was for the siding to be replaced on the back of the house only. Instead, they also removed siding on both sides of the house. Instead of offering a solution, they put the old siding back up that did not fit as well. We asked about it, and they offered us shutters opposed to fixing the problem we presented to them. They finally replaced the siding. We had to pay for the siding but not the labor after back and forth negotiations.”

“When I reached out about questions on my shower, I never heard back from anyone; I called my sales representative and the customer service number and no one has called me back. Now that they have my money, their customer service is not an important quality.”
“The salesman came in March, and it was cold. I told him I didn't want the floor done until April. He said that as fine, and I gave my $3000.00 deposit. When April came, I didn't hear from him, so I called. I didn't get a quick response. I called a couple more times. Apparently, I don't know if he got fired or quit. I didn't get another salesman. I finally got a wonderful guy, Jasper, and I would give him 100%. If it wasn't for him, I don't know what I would have done. I am 76 years old, and he helped me. May 13th is the day they came to do the floor, but it wasn't finished until September. The first set of guys put the wrong thresholds in. There were so many things. The guy that took the thresholds out, I would never hire him again. I did tell his boss. I want to be able to speak to the people that are in my home. Although they were very nice, they didn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. I asked Jasper if he could get someone here that speaks English. He said they didn't have that many English-speaking crews that do floors. I got so upset at one point I called the company and talked to Joshua Glicksman, the head of NEWPRO. He was very pleasant and probably said everything I wanted to hear. When I brought up the language barrier, he said they couldn't find any good help that spoke English. I don't know if I believe that. It seems like a lot of people need jobs. If you pay non-speaking people less money, I think American speaking people might not be able to get as much money from this company. Why is it from May to September, and not one person that came here spoke English. I would have to talk to their boss on the phone. When you are 76 it's very hard to do. I would call Jasper, and be really upset, and he would talk to me and make me feel better. Jasper was great. Joshua the head of everything didn't ever call me back to see how it was going. Kirsten, that did the financing, was great. Ruben, the last guy that came here, couldn't really speak English, but he treated my house as if he came to the Taj Mahal. He put down drapes and was unbelievably wonderful.”

“I initially was delivered the wrong shingles and had to get in touch with the company office to get the order right. The plywood being used appeared to be of poor quality and I was unable to express my concerns because of a language problem. In addition several of my bushes were damaged. I was able to save four of the five, but the fifth is really a s.mall, but mature tree (Japanese maple) and I don't expect it to survive. The crew itself was very pleasant although difficult to communicate with. I didn't like being forced to sign off on the project on a form that was not complete. I had wanted to pay half of the remaining funds directly to save on interest charges and had texted to GreenSky not to process the remaining funds so I could do that, but they ignored that request. Within a week of consenting to the project I was scammed and have to wonder whether it related to the online transactions. So, overall I have found this a very disappointing experience and am not confident that my roof will hold up to the cost which was the purpose of paying the additional cost s associated with using your firm instead of local providers.”
