“The sales team was good. Once they completed, there was a disconnect between the installation team and sales. They asked for a deposit to reserve the stone. They came back a few weeks later when it was time to install it and said they didn't have it. That frustrated me and made me wonder why I paid the deposit. No one told me about it at the time.”
