“They did excellent work. The technician was so good. He listened to me and came up with a design that made far more sense than my design. I am most happy with it—most pleased. They're nice people to have in your house. They were very careful and polite, and they stayed with the job from beginning to end. I thought it was fabulous—the best. To me, they were an A+.”
“We have used them three times in the last ten years. They're very careful and thorough, and they suggest a good-quality product. They did the work very nicely. We were very happy with the first job. The technician is a very reliable guy; when you call him, he takes care of the problems. I give them an A.”
“They did the kitchen and bathrooms. They did everything on time, and the quality of their work was excellent, which made it a positive experience. I would give them an A.”
“The people that they have working with them are very confident. We put a design together, and they executed the design. We got what we wanted on time, at the amount of money they told us they were going to charge us. The service after the fact was terrific. We've used them for over ten years. They've done kitchens, bathrooms, and contracting to fix stuff that's wrong. They made the bones with us when we bought a new house—new for us, it's a 40-year-old home—and we upgraded it. They managed the upgrade and executed it perfectly. I would give them an A for the overall experience without hesitation.”
“I'm an interior designer, so they do contracting work for my clients. I would give the overall experience an A+.”
“I enjoyed the collaboration, the preparedness, the quality of the staff, and the workers. It was very good. There was a renovation in the house. They finished a basement with some adjustments. They did a new kitchen. They remodeled the first floor in the house, a little office corner, the bathroom upstairs, and we demolished the garage that we had and built a studio—a writer's studio and an art studio. I would give them an A for the overall experience.”
“I liked their customer service, how the guys took care of the clients, making sure that everything was done at the end of the evening and everything was cleaned up so the house looked kind of presentable. I also enjoyed them staying in touch with the client if there was an issue standing out. For the 25 years that I've done business with Foxcraft, we always laugh. Every time I ask them to do one of my personal projects, they're always booked. But that's OK, because again, I'm at the bottom of the totem pole. My clients are at the top of the totem pole. I'd rather them take care of my clients than take care of me. I would give them an A overall.”
“Chandler was so good. He listens to you, and then he says, 'Have you ever considered this? Have you ever considered that? This is the way it would affect it.' For instance, I had needed more counter space in my kitchen, and I thought about doing one thing; he said, 'I can move this wall over here and do this,' and it made far more sense than my design when he finished with it. I am most happy with it—most pleased. They're nice people to have in your house, also. They did the kitchen, which affected the dining room too. A close tennis partner of mine had just purchased a house that needed some work done, and she said, 'Let me recommend Chandler to you, because he has helped us so much.' That's how we met. Chandler showed me two other houses where he had worked, and I met the people there, so he really authenticated his ability to do good work. It was interesting and pleasing work as well—satisfactory. I thought it was fabulous, the best. After his work was finished, other people saw it, and they were so excited and wanted him to do the same work for them. As far as I'm concerned, they did excellent work. The people were almost like I'd known them for a long time. They were very careful and very polite. They didn't work a little while and have to go to another job—no, they stayed with it from beginning to end. To me, they were an A+. Even today, if I have a problem in my house, they send someone out. At least, that's been my experience. That's why I'm so fond of Chandler, his crew, and Tonya. They care about their customers; not just now, but in the future as well.”
“We liked the design person. He had a lot of good ideas and was very helpful. We had good interactions with the foreman, the guy in charge of the construction—there was good interaction. They suggested some things which were good things, and all around it was a good experience. We had good interaction, and anything that they suggested, they told us why they were suggesting it and why it was a good idea to do it. There were other things that they suggested would be good quality. They did our kitchen. Any complaints we had, they addressed.”
“They did everything on time, and the quality of their work was excellent—that was what made it a positive experience. They did the kitchen and bathrooms. We used them before. I would give them an A.”
“They did what they were supposed to do. They did the kitchen and bathroom—it was a complete remodeling job. I used them before. I would give them an A.”
“They do a lot of planning with you, which is really helpful. They're really meticulous about keeping the workspace clean, so if you have to sort of live with the space while they're working, they're really very good about it. They keep you very informed throughout the process, and the work was very good quality. They've done a bunch of things. The biggest thing they did was redo a bathroom, and I think they also did a deck on the back of my mother's house.”
“They were good people, and they did good work. They helped with our refrigerator and kitchen doors and stuff like that. I would give them an A-.”
“Foxcraft was very, very professional. At the end of each day, they completely swept and dusted areas like the kitchen, and they were nice. It was a very, very pleasant experience. The project supervisor meshed perfectly with me, and he chose a perfect selection. I'd give them an A+.”
“Foxcraft Design Group is good. The kitchen cabinets had been installed 20-something years ago, and they were too low for the refrigerator we wanted. They remanufactured a cabinet and put doors on it. You can't even tell they did it; it blends perfectly with the old cabinets. They did a beautiful job.”
“We're great fans of Foxcraft. They came highly recommended, and it was clear why. They did some built-in cabinetry, and we are pleased with their work—no complaints.”
“They did kitchen and bathroom work. They're definitely an A.”
“They redid my master bath for me. They have very, very high-quality people. One of the things I liked about them was that the people have worked there for a long time, which tells me that they take care of their employees. Jim Lynch did the design services, and I also worked with Mike Blood and Orlando Filho. Orlando did the work in the house, and he just did a lovely job. They were very thoughtful with what they did, and they were also fun to work with. I found the whole thing to be a pleasure. I heard of them because my sister had used them; she recommended them to me. I would absolutely recommend them, and I would give them an A+.”
“Foxcraft took care of the plumbing as well as the remodeling—they took care of everything. They were A+ all the way.”
“Foxcraft Design Group installed my Jacuzzi. They get an A+ from me.”
“Foxcraft did custom countertops, and they did an A+ job.”
“They completely gutted an interior bathroom and redid it. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day, so there wasn't debris sitting around. They were funny people, and the designer, Jim Lynch, was quite helpful to me when we designed what the new bathroom was going to look like. He and the technical project manager kept in touch to make sure that the actual workmen were working according to what the plan was. They subcontract out for plumbing and electrical, but they have a Foxcraft employee in the house with the subcontractors. I'd give them an A+.”
“Foxcraft was awesome. I used them for bathroom remodeling, and they were absolutely incredible. They added two bathrooms. They did tile, walls, cabinetry, and heated floors, and they installed the shower and the Jacuzzi. They did everything, including plumbing and electrical. They thought of everything, too, and they set the bar high. I love my bathrooms—they're perfect. I would give them an A++.”
“Foxcraft did the design of the bathroom. They came out, took measurements, and asked me what I wanted. They did a major remodel. For the master bathroom, they took down five walls and moved all the plumbing. They're A+ all the way.”
“Foxcraft did custom tile work for me. They had good attention to detail, and they worked on their own. They get an A+.”

Foxcraft's design guy had great ideas, all of their tradespeople are quite expert and very good, and their carpentry is masterful. I had a complete kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel that included reorienting the bathroom and closet area to making the bathroom more accessible. I'd give them an A.

Foxcraft created a vast improvement in our home. We had a complicated project—renovating four bathrooms. Two of them were just refinishing the fixtures, but the other two required major changes to the layout. They were scrupulously clean and honest and communicated well. They get an A+ grade, and we're about to use them on another project.

We had the kitchen and some exterior work done. They were outstanding. I would use them again or recommend them.

Foxcraft Design Group came to repair my bathroom shower, and I had no complaints or concerns about anything with their service. Everything went very well and is holding up well—it's actually really nice. I'd call on them again to help me out with some work.

I am very, very happy with Foxcraft’s work. The whole project went really well. They really paid attention to detail, the head carpenter was great, and they cleaned up every day. If you wanted them to explain something, they took the time to do it. It was just a really good experience, very positive. I would grade them an A.

I just had my kitchen remodeled last year. I love it. Foxcraft installed granite countertops and backsplashes, and I’m really happy with it.

I had two bathrooms done by Foxcraft. The men who did the work were very professional. They always cleaned up after themselves, they did what I wanted them to do, and the outcome was just great. I would give them an A.

Outstanding. I was very much impressed with Foxcraft. They were nice people and good workers. We had them put in a new bathroom and kitchen and do all the electrical and plumbing. They really worked on the entire house. Quality work. I would definitely refer this company to others—we already have.

I was very satisfied with the work Foxcraft Design did. I’m really excited about my new kitchen. It turned out really well. They’ve done work for us before—they did an addition on our home. So I knew their work, and I have always been really pleased with it.

They did a major kitchen remodel for me and an expansion of the house. They also did two bathroom remodels. I’m happy with the work they did—it turned out beautifully in all places. They want you to be happy, and they have made sure that we are satisfied. I would use them again, absolutely.

They redid our kitchen, my master bath, various windows, and built a new wine cellar in the basement. They have amazing attention to detail and perform high-quality work. They do work in a timely manner, there is minimal disruption to me as a homeowner, and they clean up very well after themselves.

They’re fantastic. I’m a designer, so they’ve done several projects for me. We just wrapped up a bathroom remodel, and then earlier in the spring we did a complete carriage house renovation together. They’re totally trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I think the world of them.

I was absolutely happy with the service. We had all sorts of cabinetry done to create an office, and then we remodeled a bathroom with tile work, marble work, and cabinetry made on site. They did a superb job.

We actually heard about Foxcraft Design Group through Best Pick Reports in 2011. We picked them up from that because we do a lot of remodeling to our home, but we were initially just doing a guest bathroom, so we had them come in and do that. In terms of work, the quality was extremely high and their customer service is pretty good; we got frequent calls and updates on what they were doing. I have no complaints about the outcome. The bath looks great. There was high attention to detail, which was what I usually look for in a contractor—someone that really cares about their work. I absolutely would recommend the company.

We had kitchen and some exterior work done. They were outstanding. I would use them again.

The last time I used them, they built a tree house for my kids. They've actually done work for me prior. They remodeled the kitchen for me in 2001, so we're repeat customers for them. We are very satisfied with their work. The thing that stands out the most about them is their communication skills. Overall, we absolutely were satisfied with their service.

Foxcraft remodeled our kitchen about two or three years ago, I can't remember exactly. I would say that I am very satisfied with them. I would refer them to somebody else. We actually called them last week and asked them to come back for another possible job. What I liked was that the manager on site was, I thought, excellent. He was very detail oriented. He kept us informed every step.

I had some work done with them. My overall experience with them was very good. They did a home inspection, electrical work, and advice on design and expansion. The experience and knowledge of the managers and the company stood out. Overall, it was a good experience. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We have been very, very pleased with Foxcraft. They have been terrific to work with. I would say they're very pragmatic. They've been quick to respond to our concerns. The remodeling was done this year, and I'm not sure we could have done any better.

They're my contractor of choice. I'm an interior designer. What they do for me is from something as simple as a bathroom remodel to building a new house. I'm absolutely satisfied with the work they do. I have and do recommend them to all my clients. I usually give out two or three names, and probably 90 percent of the time, they're the contractor that the clients choose.

I had contacted them back in the summer about remodeling a kitchen. They completed our kitchen and bathroom and did a great job. What I appreciated was the guys that came to do the job. They finished in a timely fashion.

They completely renovated my kitchen. They took out everything that was there and put in new cherry cabinets for me. Chandler Fox himself came out and gave me a presentation, probably over three hours, on all the different possibilities. And my wife and I chose one, and they installed them. We bought all new appliances, and they installed those. They arranged for granite tops, and so it's just beautiful. They did a very nice job for us. I would recommend them to somebody else, and I have continuously. I own a real estate company, and I'm constantly referring them to get stuff done. I liked that it was done quickly. I mean, there was no lost time at all. That was very good. Also the time they spent with my wife and I to select cabinets and all the different details of stuff that was available was very extensive. It was just well done from start to finish.

They did excellent work; they really did. They were here on time and cleaned up their messes. And they had suggestions for things that might be better than I even asked for, so I think they're an excellent group. I recommended them. I'm a physical therapist, and a client needed a new bathroom. I recommended them to do the bathroom, and they did a great job there, too. I have nothing to complain about with them.

I contacted Foxcraft earlier this year about doing some remodeling for me. They did some kitchen work last year, and they're doing some work this year. We were very pleased with them. That's why we're having them come back and do something else for us. Everybody was extremely professional. If we had questions, that was fine. Nothing was too small to bring up to them, and the guys doing the work were just fine with us checking in on them every now and then. They really seemed to know what they were doing, so very quickly I was at ease with having them around. They were very good.

We've gotten all of our cabinets from them for three separate houses. We've actually done three kitchens. We've done a bar that's as big as some people's kitchens, and we've done bookcases and bathrooms, four bathrooms. We started working with Chandler in 1995, so we always go back to him when we want cabinets. He just did the bar in our basement, and we are in the process of ordering the cabinets for an office. I forgot to mention we're doing an office in the downstairs now—so we're doing an office, too. They are honest and professional. We're a little unique in that my husband does all the work, so he orders the cabinets from Chandler, and he puts the cabinets in. But we've used his subcontractors, and we've been happy with them. One of them did drywall, and we were very happy with them. One did countertops in our first house, and we were very happy with them. Different people that he's recommended have been very good.

They were excellent. I would highly recommend Foxcraft. They showed up on time, were very clean, and did the work on time. They remodeled our kitchen, and they're doing some stuff in our half-bath. They also ended up doing some outside work as well. We had a leak that started to cause some black mold. They took care of the leak and sealed it up. This was our first time using them. One of their workers designed our kitchen and took us right through the whole process.

I thought that they were great. They did an excellent job. They've done lots of projects over the years. Recently, they renovated my kitchen and added a sunroom for me.
