“They were very quick to do the work. Between signing the contract and starting, there was only a day or two. They did an extraordinarily professional and craftsman-like job, and they finished it in reasonable amount of time. They were working in the kitchen—I had a flood—they were doing some work in the kitchen where the damage there was less minor. Also, they basically completely redid my basement, replacing the walls because we had mold and stuff. So once the remediation people took everything out— it was basically a shell—they rebuilt my basement. For the kitchen, they redid the floors and the cabinets, replacing the cabinets, and then they completely redid the basement; that's the work. A+ work—I was thoroughly satisfied. Plus, could it be more clean? I suppose it could've, but then the work wouldn't have gotten done as quickly as it did. It's sort of a trade off when you're having work done on your house. I basically was consistently satisfied in all areas.”

“It’s a small group so it was just a few people I was dealing with. They were very friendly, very helpful, and helped me figure out what I wanted to do. They did a really nice job. They did a master bath for me. It took them a couple of months. They deserve an A.”

“I liked how they were very open to work with us. They adjusted things on the way and brought creative options as well, basically. They were remodeling for kitchen and bathroom. They removed walls by the kitchen and everything. They remodeled the first floor and the kitchen upstairs. They also built a separate addition and a separate building. I would give Foxcraft Design Group an A.”

“We’ve used them for 3 pretty substantial projects over the course of 6 years. We’ve been happy with their work. It’s high quality and they're good to work with. They did a first-floor renovation that included a big kitchen redesign and some structural work on the house. They did a master bath renovation for us. Then they've done some smaller projects outside the house. Our overall experience with them was A. We have recommended them.”

“Foxcraft Design Group have exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, transparency with contracts, and timeliness. It was exceptional timeliness, really. I’ve used other contracts and they did a full gut for me in a house and did it in 3 months. It was amazing. The staff is really, really good. They were just all around, a class A company. I would give them an A++. They have custom cabinetry. The ones they did for me were amazing. They also have different custom carpentry with railing, bannister railing, radiator color, and their woodwork and their craftsmanship is just exceptional. They are very early starters and extremely punctual. I absolutely recommend them all the time.”

“I’ve been working with them for twenty years. Everything they do is perfect. Most recently, they redid a bathroom and they did a kitchen. They redid my whole house where they were here for 3 years. I would give this company an A+.”

“They started by redoing our kitchen and they redid the master bath. A phase after that was the first-floor powder room and some other rooms and flooring, that kind of stuff. They have also done some handyman work for us. They are an A+ company. They are great. The quality of their work is actually the reason we kept using them.”

“Very wonderful group of people to work with. They have very creative ideas and helped us to implement a much better vision than we had thought of on our own. They do great work and are also pleasant and friendly. The latter is very important because for this type of project these people spend a lot of time in your house and underfoot!”

“They were very affordable, they worked with my budget, they did good craftsmanship, and they made changes on the fly, as requested. They've done a bathroom and a kitchen for me over the years, two bathrooms and a kitchen. I would give them an A overall.”

“I liked their customer service, how the guys took care of the clients, making sure that everything was done at the end of the evening and everything was cleaned up so the house looked kind of presentable. I also enjoyed them staying in touch with the client if there was an issue standing out. For the 25 years that I've done business with Foxcraft, we always laugh. Every time I ask them to do one of my personal projects, they're always booked. But that's OK, because again, I'm at the bottom of the totem pole. My clients are at the top of the totem pole. I'd rather them take care of my clients than take care of me. I would give them an A overall.”

“I enjoyed the collaboration, the preparedness, the quality of the staff, and the workers. It was very good. There was a renovation in the house. They finished a basement with some adjustments. They did a new kitchen. They remodeled the first floor in the house, a little office corner, the bathroom upstairs, and we demolished the garage that we had and built a studio—a writer's studio and an art studio. I would give them an A for the overall experience.”

“The people that they have working with them are very confident. We put a design together, and they executed the design. We got what we wanted on time, at the amount of money they told us they were going to charge us. The service after the fact was terrific. We've used them for over ten years. They've done kitchens, bathrooms, and contracting to fix stuff that's wrong. They made the bones with us when we bought a new house—new for us, it's a 4-year-old home—and we upgraded it. They managed the upgrade and executed it perfectly. I would give them an A for the overall experience without hesitation.”

“They do a lot of planning with you, which is really helpful. They're really meticulous about keeping the workspace clean, so if you have to sort of live with the space while they're working, they're really very good about it. They keep you very informed throughout the process, and the work was very good quality. They've done a bunch of things. The biggest thing they did was redo a bathroom, and I think they also did a deck on the back of my mother’s house.”

“We liked the design person. He had a lot of good ideas and was very helpful. We had good interactions with the foreman, the guy in charge of the construction—there was good interaction. They suggested some things which were good things, and all around it was a good experience. We had good interaction, and anything that they suggested, they told us why they were suggesting it and why it was a good idea to do it. There were other things that they suggested would be good quality. They did our kitchen. Any complaints we had, they addressed.”

“They're very good. They took kitchen cabinets that had been installed some 20 years ago; it was too low for the refrigerator we wanted, and they remanufactured the cabinet, put doors on it, and put it up. You can't even tell they did it. It blends perfectly with the old cabinets—they did a beautiful job. I liked the way they always did what they said they were going to do.”

“Chandler was so good. He listens to you, and then he says, ‘Have you ever considered this? Have you ever considered that? This is the way it would affect it.’ For instance, I had needed more counter space in my kitchen, and I thought about doing one thing; he said, ‘I can move this wall over here and do this,’ and it made far more sense than my design when he finished with it. I am most happy with it—most pleased. They’re nice people to have in your house, also. They did the kitchen, which affected the dining room too. A close tennis partner of mine had just purchased a house that needed some work done, and she said, ‘Let me recommend Chandler to you, because he has helped us so much.’ That's how we met. Chandler showed me two other houses where he had worked, and I met the people there, so he really authenticated his ability to do good work. It was interesting and pleasing work as well—satisfactory. I thought it was fabulous, the best. After his work was finished, other people saw it, and they were so excited and wanted him to do the same work for them. As far as I'm concerned, they did excellent work. The people were almost like I’d known them for a long time. They were very careful and very polite. They didn’t work a little while and have to go to another job—no, they stayed with it from beginning to end. To me, they were an A+. Even today, if I have a problem in my house, they send someone out. At least, that's been my experience. That's why I'm so fond of Chandler, his crew, and Tonya. They care about their customers; not just now, but in the future as well.”

“They started when they said they would start, they were there every day, and it was just very, very professional. At the end of each day, they would completely sweep and dust off dusty areas, like the kitchen. They treated my wife like she's a queen; she's a little immobile, so they brought the newspaper to her every day and asked if she'd like to have another cup of coffee, and all that kind of stuff. They were just nice—it was a very, very pleasant experience. My son sent inquiries out to four different contractors, and he had some personal experience with Foxcraft; he told me all about it, and he said that the project supervisor, a guy named Dan, would do my request. Dan meshed perfectly with me, and so he chose it for me and it was a perfect selection. I would give them an A+.”

“They've been doing a fantastic job on a lot of aspects of the house—everything about the touch, basically. Their quality is very high, and getting the job done is good. They have installed an elevator, totally redone the kitchen, and built a wet bar with a sink, a refrigerator, and dishwasher. They have put in a home theater system, built a new bedroom in the basement, and fixed the numerous things the previous owner has left. We've worked with them before, and they did a great job. I would give them an A+.”

“They completely gutted an interior bathroom and redid it. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day, so there wasn't debris sitting around. They were funny people, and the designer, Jim Lynch, was quite helpful to me when we designed what the new bathroom was going to look like. He and the technical project manager kept in touch to make sure that the actual workmen were working according to what the plan was. They subcontract out for plumbing and electrical, but they have a Foxcraft employee in the house with the subcontractors. I’d give them an A+.”

“They redid my master bath for me. They have very, very high-quality people. One of the things I liked about them was that the people have worked there for a long time, which tells me that they take care of their employees. Jim Lynch did the design services, and I also worked with Mike Blood and Orlando Filho. Orlando did the work in the house, and he just did a lovely job. They were very thoughtful with what they did, and they were also fun to work with. I found the whole thing to be a pleasure. I heard of them because my sister had used them; she recommended them to me. I would absolutely recommend them, and I would give them an A+.”

“Foxcraft was awesome. I used them for bathroom remodeling, and they were absolutely incredible. They added two bathrooms. They did tile, walls, cabinetry, and heated floors, and they installed the shower and the Jacuzzi. They did everything, including plumbing and electrical. They thought of everything, too, and they set the bar high. I love my bathrooms—they’re perfect. I would give them an A++.”

“Foxcraft remodeled three bathrooms in my thirty-year-old town house. Then, I looked around the house and decided that some of the rest of it looked tawdry, so I hired them again. They are experts. A lot of home remodelers just do cosmetic things and don’t necessarily have the same level of expertise that Foxcraft does. They’re an A.”

“Foxcraft’s design guy had great ideas, all of their tradespeople are quite expert and very good, and their carpentry is masterful. I had a complete kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel that included reorienting the bathroom and closet area to making the bathroom more accessible. I’d give them an A.”

“They were responsible and courteous, and generally they were on time. They delivered what they promised, and they were always really forthcoming. If they could do something, they would tell me, and if they couldn't do something, they would tell me. They actually worked with me during the creative process, which was also great. They tried to understand the clients, rather than just try to sell the product. So, all of these were positive things. They completely remodeled our basement, including two bathrooms, bedrooms, our movie rooms, our club room, and our wine area and kitchen down there. On the upstairs, they redid some of our bathroom. They completely redid our laundry room, and somewhat remodeled our kitchen—not the whole thing because our cabinets did not come on time. That wasn’t their problem, but it was my time issue. They coordinated putting completely new flooring throughout the home. For the bottom portion, they did all the coordination with the painters as well as the floor people. I had a designer who coordinated the top, but both did really well. I think I'd give them an A. I think they have really good and talented people, but sometimes the people that are doing the coordinating can generally be reached really well—I think just a tiny bit faster turnaround in terms of being able to have them in my home to talk to right away would be great. Not the people that were working—they were great. They were just a phone call away, but the person that was overseeing it. The onsite manager was always there, which was great, but it would be great if I could reach the creative coordinator faster, that's all. I think they’re a creative team, especially the one that did my portion of it. He is just so good that he is in high demand.”

“Foxcraft created a vast improvement in our home. We had a complicated project—renovating four bathrooms. Two of them were just refinishing the fixtures, but the other two required major changes to the layout. They were scrupulously clean and honest and communicated well. They get an A+ grade, and we’re about to use them on another project.”

“They had really good communication. When problems came up, they brought them up immediately, and they got them resolved very quickly. They remodeled a small bathroom, finished about half of an unfinished basement, and did a little bit of general rearranging of some rooms. We interviewed them, they seemed to have a good plan, and they could meet our rather aggressive time frame. I haven't had to call them back since then.”
