“We're very happy with the kitchen. They get an A.”
“They did a full kitchen remodel. They did their work in a very timely manner. Their work was quality. I liked that he had a supervisor that oversaw the different contractors that came out. I would grade them an A.”
“Overall, I would grade them an A+. It was a little bit late but once it got started.”
“I would grade them an A+. They completely redid a kitchen, a stairwell, and floors.”
“They did everything that we asked them to do, and they cleaned up when they left. I couldn't ask for more than that; I would grade them an A+.”
“We are happy with the job they did. It was a kitchen remodel. He did what he said he'd do. I would grade them an A.”
“Overall, it was a positive experience. They redid my entire kitchen, and they also did a shower in my master bath, a countertop, and pantry in my guest bathroom. They were responsive; if I had an issue, they were very responsive to fix it. I would grade them an A-.”
“I would rate them as an A.”
“I'd give them an A rating.”
“I liked that they came every day and did something. They didn't say they would come tomorrow and didn't come. They came every day and did some work, so appreciate that it was a constant effort. I would give them an A grade. ”
“They were very prompt. We did a complete kitchen remodel—taking down walls, new cabinets, new flooring—in six weeks. We were in and out in six weeks. And there was always somebody working. We never went one day without somebody here during that six week time period. When you're without a kitchen, everybody else I talked to said three to four months. What he does is he builds the cabinets before he demos the kitchen. The supervisor that I worked with was easy to get ahold of if you had a question. If you had a problem, he was right there addressing it. They were very easy to get ahold of and get answers to questions or anything like that. We talked to many, many contractors, and the thing that made the difference is when we finally went out to look at the work of other contractors. I wasn't as happy, and when I went to see Chip's work, it was exactly what I wanted. We looked at two of his kitchens, and the second kitchen I walked into, I said, 'This is the kitchen I want. I want everything they have.' It was the quality of the work and how it was put together—the whole thing. We worked a long time on getting what we wanted. I would give them an A. I would use them again if I had anything else to do, and I've recommend him to other people.”
“I thought that they basically did what they said they were going to do. If they said they were going to show up on a given day, they did, and then they did high-quality work as well. We had a fair amount of home remodeling, so they remodeled our bathroom and a lot of the flooring as well as the kitchen. We looked at a couple of other companies first, and there were just things about their bid and things that we didn't like. I think Chip's was maybe the third company that we went to. I think I would give them an A.”
“They did great. The quality of the work was great. They did the kitchen. It was pretty average customer service. They had a good facility where we could go in and see the CAD drawings of the plan before he started building it, so I guess that was nice compared to what everybody else was doing. They were a lot more extensive than all of the competitors that we talked to, so we decided to go for it. I'm happy we did. I'd give them an A.”
“They were outstanding. They were very thorough, and they completed the work. The very few things that needed adjustments, they promptly took care of. They did both my kitchen and my bathroom—two separate projects. They did our kitchen, and then we asked them to come back and do our bath. They're just really easy to get ahold of and to work with. Any question I had, they immediately answered for us. They were recommended to us by friends of ours. I'd give them an A.”
“I would refer them to anyone. I liked the quality of work and the quality of service. In fact, I've had them do two or three houses. I can get things done. They're easy to work with. I chose them because of their quality of work. I'd give them an A+.”
“Chip was just very personable and took on my project personally. I felt like I was dealing with a person, not a company. They built a big cabinet for me. It was in my dining area. I used to live in Arlington, and I knew about him because he's been around a long time. I'd give them an A.”
“They were very efficient and straightforward, and they got the job done timely. They did a kitchen remodel. I'd say they're an A.”
“In fact, we're getting ready to start phase two this week. I guess I liked the fact that they kept me informed on the schedule. There was never a day I didn't have somebody coming to work, so I didn't have to wait weeks before something else happened. They were all very professional. They remodeled my kitchen and my master bath. My friend who is a designer has used them before, and so she recommended using them. I'd give them an A.”
“They did a very good project for us. They're very responsive to what we wanted if we changed things. I think we were very happy with them. We had a large bathroom that they remodeled, and they helped with finding the products we were looking for. They kind of went out of their way to make sure little things were found and taken care of. The work was done on time and cleaned up. I'd give them an A.”
“They did our cabinets. It was great. Chip was willing to come at whatever time was convenient for us to discuss what we needed. His workmen were very professional and prompt, and the work was really good. They installed a laundry room cabinet and a large built-in for the family room. It was an A.”
“They were fast, and they had a lot of options. They did my kitchen. They were good. I chose them because they could get the timeline done, and it was referred to me from someone who uses them. I'd give them an A.”
“They'll probably get an A.”
“I think the crew that they sent for each phase of the project were craftsmen. They did a really fine job, and they finished it within the time frame he specified. They did the kitchen. I got a few quotes prior to the proposal that made the most sense, and we were able to visualize it a little bit better than the other companies. I'd give them an A.”
“They were fine. I'd probably give them an A-.”
“Chip's is fantastic. We love them. They do what they say they're going to do, and they do quality work. They use top-quality material and everything. They gutted a whole kitchen and dining room area down to the Sheetrock and put in all-new cabinets and new flooring and redid the ceiling. They did a beautiful job on everything. I'd give them an A+++.”
“They did both my kitchen and my bathroom, and everything was wonderful. They always responded to me quickly. They provided good customer service. I chose them because they could take care of all the aspects—tile, countertops, cabinets, everything. It was one-stop shopping. They're an A.”
“Chip's did quality work on my bathroom, and I was very happy with the product. The project manager really kept communication open. I was highly impressed with them from the get-go.”
“They do excellent work. They were very prompt and always returned our calls. He built my kitchen and did all of the cabinets for my restrooms. He renovated my living room as well—he put in a copper ceiling. I would rate them, definitely, as an A.”
“I thought the quality of their work was the best thing about them. Everything had a very good fit and finish. They did bathroom cabinets, and I'd give them an A-.”
“He did what he said he would do, and he did it in the time. He was very reasonable about any minor changes that we wanted. It was a bathroom remodeling, and it was an A+.”
“I liked his personal attention. They had good quality work. I liked their subcontractors, and I really liked the way they built their cabinets. I liked them. The first time they were here, I was only doing half of my kitchen, and I wanted to be able to customize and match what was already there. They were able to do that. I would use them again—in fact, we have used them again—A+.”
“They did some work for me. They were responsive and adaptable to any changes that I wanted to make. I am disabled, so they remodeled our bathroom to be wheelchair-accommodating. I would rate them as an A+.”
“They did the exact work that I asked for. They built cabinets for my laundry room. I would recommend them, and I would grade them as an A+ company.”
“They were great. He even put in extras that I didn't ask for—he just knew what I would probably want. He is a professional as far as putting in cabinets, so that was cool. Everything was stained really good. They got in and did it really fast, and everything was great. I chose them because I liked the quality of their work. They're an A+.”
“They did a kitchen remodel. They were honest and up front, and they did quality work. And I chose them for those same reasons. I would give them an A+.”
“They did things in order, exactly like I asked them to. I'm from the area, so I've just always heard of them. I would recommend them, and I would rate them as an A+.”
“They have done some work for me. He did what he said he was going to do for us—he worked on the cabinets for me. They were referred by a builder. I would rate them as an A+.”
“They had very good subcontractors. They were honest, clean, and trustworthy. They did good work. They remodeled a living room. It was a fairly extensive remodel—they built in cabinets, lighting, walls, ceilings, and flooring. It was a lot of work—A+.”
“They did a complete remodel of one house that we're in—the kitchen and the living area. They did all the kitchen cabinets and a built-in in the family room. That was probably ten years ago. When we moved to a new home, we wanted some other built-ins. I contacted Chip's, and they did that. We've been very pleased with their work—it was very good quality work. They actually instructed all the cabinetwork and finished it off-site, so that when they brought it, we did not have to put up with the smell of lacquer, paint, and that sort of thing. The finish was very good. We were very pleased with the product that we got, and we have no complaints at all. I'd give them an A+.”
“I liked everything about them. They did very good work, they did it on time, and the workers were all nice. I had a good experience with them. They completely rebuilt two bathrooms, and I would give them an A+ grade.”
“They completed the work in the time they said they would. There weren't any surprises after they got into the job—it turned out exactly like we planned it. They did two bathrooms. It was nice, and I would rate them as an A+.”
“I thought that their workmanship was very good. There was an issue when there was a miscommunication, and they fixed it, no questions asked. The finished project looks really good, and I'm probably going to give them a call and use them to do a bath. They redid my kitchen. I did some asking around in the neighborhood, and I got positive responses about them, so I decided to talk to them. Also, they could handle it from beginning to end. I would give them an A+.”
“They gave me a time frame that was much shorter than I expected, and they finished well within that time frame. The people who did the work came in, did the job, cleaned up, and left—there was no sitting around and waiting. They left everything tidy, and they were polite. All the interactions I had with Chip and with Dave, his representative, were nothing but cordial. They were willing to go the extra mile if needed. They gutted my kitchen and redid it. I would definitely rate them A+, and I'm planning to use them again.”
“They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did very good work. On a couple of things, they followed up on fixing some stuff, so they did a really good job. They did a complete redo of a bathroom and a kitchen. I'd give them an A+ score.”
“They did a quality job. They met deadlines as promised. If there was anything that wasn't exactly right, they fixed it. I really have no complaints at all. They've done two things. They did a full kitchen remodel for me, and then they also did some work at a different house for me that involved custom cabinets being made and installed. I would say they're an A+ business.”
“I liked their finished work. We had a cabinet cut down and a new island built. I chose them because of a referral. I would give them an A+ because we'd use them again.”
