He's come out a couple times to make adjustments after the fact to tighten the awning material, and he's been really nice about it, so we've been really pleased with them. We bought a house that we inherited an awning with fabric that was damaged, so we replaced the fabric with him, but he said it's kind of normal to need the fabric to be tightened after it settles a little bit. He's come out two or three times to make adjustments for us without any extra charges incurred, so I've been really pleased with working with him, and the fabric looks awesome. I would give them an A. It's been really, really good.”

“They're very good. It's very convenient, and I like the way it works when it's snowy out or rainy out. It gives you a little bit of coverage. It's very good. They put in a retractable awning. His attitude is very good. He did a good job. We had the awning before. We had bought the house with the awning, and when we did, we had to have a piece of it repaired, the apron on it, the skirt. So when he did that, he came and turned the thing around so it rolled the other way, put the skirt on, and we had to buy a new motor. It came with the house—A for excellent.”
