“Overall the Marty did a good job . I was disappointed that he wasn’t wearing a mask as required by mandate . During a pandemic it’s disappointing. He replaced an ice maker . After a few weeks it keeps frosting over and I have to defrost every 2 weeks . Also the bin doesn’t close flush which causes leaks .”
“Mr. Gillespie was very professional and after a thorough evaluation of the problem it was decided to replace the drier gas valve which did fix the problem and no more gas smell has since been detected in the laundry room. We are grateful for his honest evaluation.”
