“They arrived late. They were not qualified to do the job. They quoted more than double the cost of a replacement after going to his truck and watching a youtube video. They provided a quote that was vague and unhelpful. I got a second opinion that proved it was a minor repair. The second repairman did not even charge me for the repair. I paid $96 for Mr. Appliance to do nothing.”
