After he left, I called the store (Mr. Appliance) he was from and praised the work he did. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. There's an app called Next Door Neighbor, and people go on there and write about what's going on in the neighborhood and who to call for stuff. I put it out there that I recommended them, that Mr. Appliance is a great company to go with!”

“Not likely to recommend. I called for service. They came out and charged me $100 for a service just to tell me that they couldn’t repair because they didn’t have the parts and couldn’t even tell me when they would get the parts. They said it could be 3 weeks to 6 months or more. They said it was due to covid closing warehouses and places that made/supplied the parts. They should have told me this up front or at least cut the trip charge /service charge in half since they did absolutely nothing and knew that they probably couldn’t get the parts before they came out.”

“Absolutely not, they are horrible. They did not fix it and then did not give me my money back. They came out 3 times, ordered different parts and never fixed it. They said they could not fix it and then said that it would probably be covered under warranty. I do not understand why they did not tell me that in the first place. They spent $667 of mine and then told me it was covered under warranty. I told them I wanted my money back and they told me they could not give me my money back and they did not. The technician told me they would give me my money back. I had to call the office and when I called the office and talked to a manager they said that they could not give me my money back. I had a horrible experience with them. It was horrible.”
