When asked to justify such a high price, technician directed me to the office and after three attempts to provide justification, I decided to give up. I feel they tried to take advantage of me and have made my experience known to others. ”

“He came in, studied it, found the problem, and still checked around to make sure everything else was working and doing alright. After he left, I called the store (Mr. Appliance) he was from and praised the work he did. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. There's an app called Next Door Neighbor, and people go on there and write about what's going on in the neighborhood and who to call for stuff. I put it out there that I recommended them, that Mr. Appliance is a great company to go with!”

“Guy came out and changed a fuse that is all over Amazon fo $3-$8 and charged $225. I told him that the fuse blew for a reason. His reply was “just call us back”. Obvious guy knew little about his craft. Send message to his company with no reply”
