“The screen came off and he put the screen back on. I think he was here no more than ten minutes.”

“I was not happy that he didn't discuss what was wrong with my washing machine or the cost before fixing it. He was called back a second time and said it was old. He said that's why it was broke. He should have told me that before it was fixed. I could have bought a new one for what he charged me.”

“I felt like the technician was not equipped to answer all of my questions. He told me my refrigerator was 10 yrs old, meaning it was no longer under warranty. I thought he was talking from knowledge, but it was only 8 yrs old and still under warranty. I was able to get it replaced through the refrigerator company. I called another company for a 2nd opinion, and that technician was honest with me.”
