“My technician was a great guy but ultimately I expected Mr. Appliance to follow up with me regarding the element holder piece of my microwave/convection oven. This element holder piece was broken, they tried to fix it with the replacement part but couldn't see how to do it. They have not gotten back to me with any sort of resolution at all. I assumed they'd call the manufacturer and get input on this but nothing.”
“I was very clear when I scheduled them to come out that I needed an expert on Viking ovens. I had technicians in the past from other companies send people out who did not understand Viking equipment and did nothing. I told Mr. Appliance not to repeat that, but they did. Horrible and still charged me $90 trip fee and never even sent me a repair estimate.”
