Of course as soon as we go out of town, our ac goes out for our house guest. We called on a Friday at 11:30 pm and were greeted by an AI system that was very responsive and human like. We set up an appt for 9 am, and told we would receive a follow up call to confirm. Within minutes the call came, and the employee was very polite and knowledgeable, and the diagnostic fee was fair and reasonable. Saturday morning, they called and came out at 8:30, identified the problem, and called to communicate what was needed. They gave a quote, were able to get the needed part within 30 minutes, and completed the work quickly and professionally, all before 11:00 am. We were extremely impressed with the customer service, quick response, and fair pricing. We highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again for our ac needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris at Protocool! We had a complicated AC issue that others struggled to diagnose, but Chris took the time to really understand the problem and solved it with skill and precision. What impressed me most was not only his technical expertise but also his incredible professionalism and follow-up. He made sure everything was working perfectly, checked in afterwards, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely comfortable. It’s rare these days to find someone so knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely dedicated to their customers. My AC was working fine but the compressor outside was making an unusual noise. Turns out it was just vibration caused by some loose screws. He charged us $260 to tighten a few screws without first notifying us because of course I would have paid the $135 assessment fee and tightened them myself. I wouldn't trust this company to do any serious work on my AC. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.
