“We had one gentleman a couple of times before. He found a problem and fixed that and, unfortunately I can't remember where I recorded his name, but he was extra special. I'd give them an A+. So far, so good. We installed an air conditioning unit, and then we had our place renovated. Because of the nature of the air conditioner, a lot of Gyprock got into the air conditioner, and the first couple of men that came to inspect our air conditioning didn't catch this, and they didn't clean it out. Another gentleman found this, and he took it, and we had him back a second time to work on it for a longer period of time, so he probably saved our brand new air conditioning while other gentleman didn't pick that up. We had a brand new air conditioner. It cost thousands of dollars, and if this gentleman hadn't found this problem and cleaned it properly, it would have been discombobulated.”
