“Cool Air—they put in my new air conditioning. The technician that helped me out did a terrific job. I had a repair at one time, and then it was the second time that I had a problem with—was determined to replace another part, but it didn't pay—because the unit with the original one, it was seventeen years old, and I didn't want to be nickled-and-dimed as far as things going one after the other. It was determined that the best way to go, was to put a new unit in. I contracted to have them do that; they installed it, did a wonderful job, and everything's fine. A for excellent. As far as I'm concerned, everything they did for me was done perfectly.”

We're on maintenance with them, so they come out to our house twice-a-year, and they check our units to make sure everything's operating right. They clean it, if necessary. If there's something that needs to be taken care of, they'll wrap the pipes or whatever. We've had them do duct work in our attic for us when we had condensation, and our pipes were leaking so they re-wrapped everything up there. So, Cool Air is good; they're very good.”

“I liked their knowledge of the equipment. I had a problem with the air quality and the smell, and they really were knowledgeable about that. These guys have been doing the A/C's. I've been doing A/Cs—I know about A/Cs—because I'm doing property management—of course, I know a little something about little things like that. But this is the first person I've found in two years that really knew about air quality control and the smells you get out of it. I'd give Cool Air an A+.”

Most people don't want to deal with your vents and all the little dirty details, but they were quite happy, they were knowledgeable, and they fixed my problem; what more could you ask for? I didn't have anything added; I just had maintenance on air conditioning and ducts. I'd give them an A. It's hard to say about the quality of work and expertise, because when you send three people out, you have got one that's an absolute expert, one that knows a lot, and one that's helping them. So, I felt like they handled it fine. I would recommend them. They live a little further away—they live in Fort Lauderdale, but I have signed up with them for an annual contract, so I liked them. I had a leak, so he fixed the leak; told me what was wrong, and then he got me to take out a cleaning service, a yearly service. Then came back, they sent him back, and he cleaned it out. “They basically—a couple exposed lines needed to be flushed out, and they fixed that in about fifteen, twenty minutes or so, had that all cleaned-out. I think it was Anthony that did the service; he'd been there once before too. They were good—A is fine. Everything was good.”

“When you call, they make an appointment, and they come to my home right away. Also, they do a diagnostic first and take pictures of everything. Then they fix the vent. They can give you pictures before and after; that works for me because I'm in a rented house and I can show these facts to the owner. They worked for me like three times. I'd give them an A.”
