We recently moved into our condo and quickly realized the air conditioning wasn’t maintaining the proper temperature. After calling Cool Air, we were able to get an appointment without a long wait, which I really appreciated. Xavier H. came out to evaluate the system and was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with. He quickly identified the issue, explained what was going on, and was able to get the unit working properly again. It was such a relief to have the problem handled efficiently, especially so soon after moving in. We had a great experience and will definitely be calling Cool Air again for future maintenance or any other A/C needs.

Cool Air USA is the best HVAC company bc they perform top rate services at reasonable prices. Their technician, Michael D, is an expert. He created a return box using wood and cleaned the AC coils, both of which required a deinstall and reinstall of my AC. He also replaced a defective duct in my attic. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I am so happy that all came out great. I would recommend this company.

I scheduled an appointment with Cool Air USA to upgrade our thermostat, including the installation of a C wire. Our HVAC technician, Cedric, was on time, had an excellent amount of knowledge, and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the encounter. Cool Air USA prices were reasonable for Miami-Dade County, and we look forward to using their services again in the future.

Outstanding company: Honest, thorough, and professional. Cool Air USA came out for a free inspection and Nikevis actually opened the coil section of my air handler, something another company had not bothered to do the day before while quoting me over $8,500 to replace my system. Nikevis opened it, found the coil in great shape, and saved me thousands. On job day, Nikevis, Aleks, Rolando, and Frino cleaned and sanitized all 14 vents, pulled the entire blower housing to clean it properly, installed a new UV light, sanitized the air handler, flushed the condensate drain line, and recoated the plenum and return. They also wore protective footwear in my home and accommodated a Saturday appointment. Two of my favorite parts were the before and after photos they provided and the final price matching the quote exactly. Cool Air USA is now my go-to for anything AC related. Highly recommend.
