“I've had him two or three times, the same gentleman here. He's been really good about it. He seems knowledgeable. He's friendly. We can talk and I get the whole idea of what he's doing. He tells me everything. I was happy with it. I got a heating and air conditioning unit all in one and it sits outside. And he came here and repaired it. It wasn't getting any heat and that was just before we had winter, I believe. I'd give him an A overall.”

“They're a wonderful company. No problems. We have a contract with them for heating and air conditioning. They're on time, they're professional, they take care of the work, and everything works fine. When you call them, they make an appointment at regular times. It's not bad. They don't make you wait too long. I'd give them an A overall. If anybody needed a plumber or a new air conditioner or heating, I'd tell them ServiceMark, for sure.”

“We had a whole house generator put in last fall. We put the propane out of outfit and the generator out another outfit. They were efficient, they cleaned up, and everything works. I was very pleased. They even dug out a tree to put in a generator. I'd give them an A overall. I already have recommended them.”

They basically went over what it would cost, the procedure, how long it would take and they basically were true to their word on everything. I'd give them a solid A overall. The heater's been great. “We had a back draft in the furnace room. They've been fine. I've never had any problem with ServiceMark. I know most of the guys that come our way. We've been dealing with them for a long time. ServiceMark has serviced our furnace for some time. Cleaning, checking, and stuff like that. And if we have a problem we would call them. They seem to know what they're doing and do it well. I would recommend them.”

“They came in just before the summer for the air conditioning. I haven't had any problems with them. I'd give them a B only because I did have one issue. The gentleman that came to take care of the routine inspection and everything told me that I should have a trap on my unit that would help with cleaning out with the gunk that lays there during the off season. So, I asked him how much it would be, and I do have a service contract, and he said with the service contract it would be $199. If I wait and get it done, the other visit would be two-something. The time he came, I was in the midst of having my master bath renovated and I was expecting the plumber to come for that in the next day or two. So, I figured I would just wait and ask the plumber his opinion because I thought that was a lot of money considered I still had a service contract. So, I told my contractor about it and said ask the plumber, when he comes, to take look at the unit and see what it is I need because I figured if I was going to get it, the plumber that was doing my bathroom would probably do it for me for a lot less than ServiceMark was going to give me the price on. So, the contractor had him check and the contractor told me that I didn't need the A/C trap because I already had a gadget at the top of my unit. I didn't have it done. I thought, had I just done this without checking with anybody, it would've cost me a couple hundred bucks for something I didn't need. I mean, he was the only repair man that ever told me I needed that in all the years that I've had that unit. And ServiceMark has been coming to us for a number of years now. I just thought I'd mention that. I didn't call ServiceMark and complain or anything. That's the only issue I had. I guess I would recommend them. I never had any issues with them. Having a service contract, I thought that if I did get that easy trap put in, I thought that price was a little high for a customer that already had a service contract. I thought that was a little exorbitant.”

“I think the last time they were here, I had them service our air conditioner so that it was ready for the season to start. I've been dealing with this company for many a year and they're absolutely excellent. Their technicians are fabulous, they know what they're doing, they're very polite, and they engage with you. They do a wonderful job. Absolutely wonderful. They're on time, they call before they get here. When they do, they know what they're doing, and they're all very nice, very courteous, and excellent. They're all very good representatives of their company, everybody that comes out here. They definitely get an A+ overall. I would recommend them to anybody.”

“We didn't choose them because it was too much money. Well we worked with them before for something else, we're happy with it. But then we called them back for air conditioning and it wasn't a positive response. I will still work with them for stuff but this particular incident wasn't that good. The work that they did work was positive which is why we went back to them for the second thing. We bought a new air conditioning from them. It was good. They knew what they were doing. Good price, I guess. We went back to them to get another air conditioner and we didn't like it so we didn't use them. I'd probably say it was a C. I'll give them a B.”

“They always fine-tuned our air conditioning and heaters twice a year, and we probably had them in both of our houses for maybe the last 12 years. They're on time. If we had the furnaces checked for the winter, they never failed; if we had the air conditioning checked for the summer, they also never failed. They do what they say they're going to do. I would say they're an A, at least.”

“We've had both positive and negative mostly positive. The negative we needed a part for hot water heater and it took four days to get it. That's the only negative, but the majority of the time, their very good. They come out on time, they try to adjust their schedule to my schedule. They basically do maintenance on the heater and air conditioner. Things like that, they did a terrific job when my heater went down. The guy came out that night and the installed the heater the next day I was very pleased with that. So basically most of my experiences, are positive, the only negative that we had was that one part and that was because we have propane gas but they ordered part for gas. I'm pleased with them because I'm still using them, I would grade them an B+.”

“They showed up the same day that I called, and the guy that came was very knowledgeable and did a good job. He took care of the problem. They usually come out and maintain my HVAC system. I have a service contract with them. They did the initial installation in 2004. It came with like a five-year warranty, and then I ended up with a service plan, so I just stayed with them. There was no reason to change. I would say they're an A.”

We use to always have the same fellow come out. It’s always been great; they've always been professional, and we know the work is done well. When we've had plumbing problems, we've had them come out and do it, but they usually just do the maintenance on the heater and air conditioner because it was just installed. We had them before their name changed, but some of the people stayed, and some were new. We stayed with them because they took care of the heater that was there. As it went on, they put in the air conditioner and furnace. They get an A+.”

“Their customer service has always been great quality. I can't complain, because when they leave, everything still works. I've been with them for many years, so I'm pretty pleased. Our water heater is through them. My parents were customers of ServiceMark for several years. They do my heating and air conditioning, too. I would grade them as an A. The only thing is that maybe last year or the year before one of the service men came out, he gave us the air filters for about six months, he said it was part of the deal, and the last few guys said that's not true. I didn't know if that was. It was wonderful that he had them. It's pretty great because our air filter is pretty hard to find.”

“they performed the work fine. The work that they did is fine, they did end up having to order a part, it was sort of a bad situation the furnace went out two days before Thanksgiving, they came out rather quickly and diagnosed the problem, and said we will order the part and should only take a couple of days. But the with the holidays it got really messed up. I can't say that it was necessarily their fault but we were without heat for about a week. In the end I don't care who's at fault but I would still do business with them. I've used them before I have a service contract with them. I would grade them a B+. I don't know if its entirely attributed to them, in a way one of the representatives thought we had to wait an excessive amount of time but I do understand somewhat over a holiday but they said it takes a day to get the part in but who is to stay.”

“We were satisfied, basically I've seen them to be reliable in terms of their service, and the agent, the sales engineer that actually came he went beyond and he actually explained what the problem was and what precautions we needed to take. He did give us some tips in terms of ongoing maintenance of the equipment that we have. It's more of a annual maintenance for our heating. No I didn't have any need to call them back. I would grade them a B. The only problem that I had was that we had to call them a couple of times before they actually showed up here. In terms of schedule the response was lacking.”

“They were prompt, and they were here when they said they would be here, which is important. They fixed our problem, which is more important, and there was no charge for it because we have a service contract. It was a heater problem. It sounded like a rocket was going to take off—it was really noisy. They checked the inside unit, which was fine, and they went outside to check the outside unit and found that some bolts were loose. That was causing the vibration that was causing the noise. They fixed it, and it was great. They earned an A because they did a nice job.”
