I thought I was going to be getting more than what they really provided. They did my heater. They looked at my heater and they were like, 'Oh, OK. It's doing what it's supposed to be doing. Thank you very much, see you in six months.' I was expecting them to do some more checking or cleaning, and they didn't do any of that to the machine itself. Actually, the machine just died on me a few months later, and I had to replace the whole system. It was a way of making some money. I didn't feel I got anything out of that. I would give them a C, overall.”
“It was kind of a weird request. My husband had dropped his wedding ring down the air conditioning vent. It was something out of what they normally do. The guy came out and was really helpful and came up with a plan, although he didn't have the right tools. They came back and they were able to, in the meantime, assess the situation and solve the problem and get it out very quickly the second time around. They were very quick to schedule the second time, and I was not surprised that when they came back the second time, they had it handled. They were very clear with us about what they thought they could do and they were able to very quickly do it, which I was pleased about. Again, it was a sort of a weird request. I guess they had not really encountered that challenge many times. Overall, I would probably rate it an A+. I'd be extremely likely to recommend them.”

“It wasn't overly positive. They came here to install a new air handling system in the attic and had to completely redo the work the next day. It's all very technical. So it wasn't something that I found. It was highly negative. The technician who came to do the work was working very quickly and could not get it up and running. Then he left without any communication to the owner. He left and didn't indicate what the status of the work was, only that he couldn't get the air conditioner up and running. The guy who came the next day said that he basically was very sloppy. They installed an entire new air handling system up there the next day. They had to redo all of it, except for the lines that work outside. I would give them a D, overall. It was pretty bad. He also cut a hole into the ceiling that had to be redone by somebody else. It could have resulted in a lawsuit, if they had not redone all the work. They had to redo it all. At the end of the day, it's up and running. He cut a hole in the plaster ceiling, and it was all uneven, plaster dust throughout the room. There were some other areas of the house that needed attention that I pointed out to him. He said, 'When you get that work taken care of, you can also get this taken care of.' So, very dismissive of the owner's perspective. There was plaster dust everywhere. They didn't make any attempt to cover anything. I have to follow up with them to have them come and take a look at the system as part of their warranty.”
