The job included the replacement of the upper tank on the water heater and the valve control for the the pressure. The service personnel was very knowledgeable of the water heater and the different parts and attachments. He took the time to explain how the parts work together and what causes the buildup of pressure.

Kevin and Mike were amazing - an old unused pipe stoppage in the basement burst, and it was difficult to get to, but they fixed it in the end. Snaking job to be done next on a sewer pipe so Kevin promised someone will come back to finish at no extra cost (so to be continued, but I’m sure after this job they will honor their words). Happy that they were gentlemen walking me thru each steps. Good peeps. Appreciate you both. Btw I got the membership to exercise the 15% discount right away since this was a big ticket item.

Juan was absolutely incredible! With our newborn arriving soon and the cold months approaching, we were becoming increasingly stressed about getting our furnace fixed. They sent out Chris Alvarez, and I couldn’t have been happier with his work. Chris made me feel completely at ease right away. He explained the problem clearly, gave me full confidence that he had it under control, and resolved the clog quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was how respectful he was of my property — he worked cleanly and carefully the entire time.
