“The job was completed in a timely & satisfactory manner. I only regret I didn’t inquire about senior citizen rate. The price was rather expensive however, I needed the water to stop leaking from the pipe and I didn’t compare the job with another company. Other than the price I was very satisfied with the work and the plumber (Mike).”

“The first HVAC tech Mr. Mo incorrectly diagnosed the problem. The techs who came on 7/19 incorrectly installed a piece of equipment and used improper putty to secure the equipment (Navas and Vo). The tech who assessed the situation on 7/22 (McLeod)recognized a profound error on the part of the techs who were sent on 7/19.”

“I was misled on the repair options available. The plumber withheld other options which would have been more suitable. Then they lied in the report which they asked me to review and sign. I refused to sign it and asked them to modify the wording to reflect thr truth. They modified it, took my signature, then changed the report after leaving. The plumber I had was of very low integrity and this reflects directly in My Plumber Plus. I will never use this company again.”

“The tech was not knowledgeable. He was not sure on what he was recommending. And on top of that he tried to charge me $350 for every 20 minutes. I have never heard of such high rate before. This is ridiculous. I wanted try myplumber for the first time but the guy tried to dupe me as a new customer.”

“It seems to be a very poorly run company. I have been trying to communicate with them since October of last year. That's when they did the project for. They won't return my calls or answer my questions.”

“I have been a priority club member with My Plumber Plus for several years and I just love the convenience of a low monthly fee, and then all of my routine annual maintenance is covered. And the My Plumber Plus team calls *me* to schedule! The reason I cannot give five "starts" in response to this question is that I simply am not in the habit of offering my opinion on things. -- MPP's services are likely more expensive than some other vendors but, again, I like the convenience and can afford it. Sometimes I just keep stuff like that to myself.”
