“They did all of the heating and cooling systems auditing to begin with, because our systems were installed by another provider. It did not work from the beginning, so the controller malfunctioned. We called them to get warm air, and we kept that together with the cold air, so it became something great. I asked them to come up and take up, and they identified the original configuration of the system, plus the control. The device or something was broken, and they quickly fixed the problem. It was excellent work. I'd give them like an A. They are very high-quality, and the most important thing is that they showed up on time, or like 10 minutes before the time, at the time of the appointment. That was most appreciated.”

Minnick's has been our heating and air conditioning contractor since we bought this house in 1997. We ended up having a furnace go out on a really cold Thanksgiving in the fall of 1997. They had put in the original heating and air conditioning when this house was built. I called them Wednesday night prior to Thanksgiving, and they sent a technician out that night to fix the problem. This is the night before Thanksgiving, and I had an emergency call. They had a guy here within an hour. When it was time to replace the outside heating and cooling unit, they were the ones that said, 'Go with this particular brand—it's the best for you.' It's been problem-free ever since.”
