Kevin and Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling came out, diagnosed the problem (correctly!) and once the part arrived they came back out and fixed my Trane A/C. Price was reasonable and Kevin and the folks at the office could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. Thanks to them all. Bay Breeze has a new, happy customer! Thanks!

I’ve only every received the most excellent service possible from Bay Breeze. I just had an emergency issue and they came out to check everything was working properly after it was resolved. They didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. They also always take the time to answer questions or explain issues in a simple, accesible way. We’ve used them for years and I’m impressed every time.

Been working with Bay Breeze for over 11 yrs. From the owner, office to technicians they have always been professional providing the best service. Bay Breeze has installed heat pump system and AC system in my primary home and rental property. I would highly recommend them. Kevin recently came out recently for another routine service at both my rental and primary home. As always, he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bay Breeze for all your HVAC needs.

Bay Breeze installed a new high efficiency heat pump and air scrubber, replacing our 16 year old unit. Team was quick, effective, and efficient. The install did not impact us at all. All the old stuff was carted away. We chose them over another company because Bay Breeze really knows their stuff about Trane.
