They were doing an installation. They're an A. I was going to get a pan for underneath the unit, and when I went to check at the end they had forgotten to put the pan underneath. It is a basement, so it wasn't a necessity but it was supposed to be part of the deal. I didn't make them take it all apart to install the pan but I was disappointed that the pan wasn't there, so that was the only thing. I hadn't checked sooner while they were in the middle of the job and noticed it, and by the end it would've meant them taking apart everything to do it, and I didn't make them do that. I'd recommend them extremely.”

When I had questions about part of the work, they looked into it and found they could do what I suggested, so it didn't cost as much. We had raccoons in our attic. They chewed through the vents, and then they proceeded to chew through all of our ductwork in the attic. I think we had eight affected runs, and they had to replace all but three of them that they were able to tape. One of my clients recommended Bay Breeze. I had previously used several other contractors, but they never got back to me. Bay Breeze said that if we have a contract with them, they will notify us when it's time for a service. Some companies just call, take your money up front, and then never show up. They rely on you to contact them when it's time to service the unit. I liked the fact that Bay Breeze would keep track of it and notify me when it was time for service. The work has held up perfectly. Our electric bill dropped significantly after all the ductwork was back in place. They deserve an A+. I'm very pleased with them.”
