I’ve only every received the most excellent service possible from Bay Breeze. I just had an emergency issue and they came out to check everything was working properly after it was resolved. They didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. They also always take the time to answer questions or explain issues in a simple, accesible way. We’ve used them for years and I’m impressed every time.

Our Bay Breeze service tech Justin arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our system. He provided expert repair service while explaining what needed to be done and why. We would not hesitate to call again for any of our future needs.

My 99-year old mother lives with me so I really needed same day service for an issue with my heat. The woman who answered the phone was able to send someone out within a couple of hours. The technician, Kevin, arrived promptly and quickly assessed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Everything was fixed in less than 20 minutes and he even gave me some tips for preparing my system for the summer temperatures. I am very pleased with Bay Breeze.

We had several cooling and heating companies came over for heating and cooling maintenance over the years but have experienced several disappointments. I didn’t keep them in mind for future maintenance. When my heater failed during the recent snowstorm. A neighbor recommended and suggested to call BAY BREEZE HEATING and COOLING. She had their furnace replaced about three weeks ago. Dylan was the perfect installation manager. He wa professional and responsive to all questions. The installation brothers were fantastic. Not only did the know their job, but were very professional and pleasant. I will use and recommend Bay Breeze in the future. By the way, their professionalism from the sales person to the office staff to the owner made me feel as though I was part of the team.
