I called Amazing after hearing ads on local radio. The salesman gave a solid proposal and explained the system we would get and why Lennox was the top choice of brands today. He was patient and answered all our questions. Though I believe the estimate was high, I also believed we would get a premium system with premium service. The techs came on time and knew the job (install furnace and A/C). All was going well; they finished when they said they would. My husband and I went out. When we returned an hour later, we found that the supply line to the humidifier popped off – water spewing all over our basement! My husband said he told the tech the line was leaking, but the tech brushed him off, replying, ‘it’s just spray’. I called the Amazing salesman. He asked for photos to share with the Installation Manager who immediately called. He drove 90 min. to get to us that night, bringing two industrial fans. In the meantime we were hard at work with our shop vac sucking up the mess, moving furniture and anything that was wet on the floor. We spent 3 hours on Friday night doing this plus several hours on Sunday to put everything back together. The Manager couldn’t have been more apologetic. He admitted the tech’s mistake of using plastic hose because copper should have been used the entire way. He promised to make us whole. I told him I wanted monetary compensation. On Monday the manager arranged the tech (who did NOT apologize for his mistake) to return to fix the hose at our convenience. He offered me an upgraded smart thermostat and $1000. To be honest I felt $1000 was insufficient for our trouble, but I spoke to the Operations Manager who offered me a 2nd year of Comfort Club and made a good argument for the $1000 that I did not feel was necessary for me to further escalate. In the end we got our system, but not without extreme inconvenience. I had high hopes for Amazing but ultimately was disappointed by this careless mistake from a company who advertises having the best.

Had a great experience with Amazing Heating & Air for our HVAC system replacement. Greg, our sales guy was knowledgeable, easy to work with, gave us options for high efficiency systems, and never made us feel pressured. Installation was smooth, on time, and very professional. The installers are young but very good at their job and answered all our questions. Austin and Maddie explained everything and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible setup for our new system. They left our place completely cleaned up and made sure everything was working perfectly and showed us how to use the system. Top tier install job! Highly recommend if you're looking for honest service and quality work at a very fair price with high quality equipment.

Zachary was sent to do my spring maintenance...a little late I know, life happens. He was very personable and thorough. Showed me pictures of every step he did. He said everything was good except my coolent pressures were high. It was bcs the unit was very dirty, had it not been discovered the high pressure would have caused major issues! Again explanation and pictures of the whole process. He even cleaned my return filters. Very pleased with the whole service. Will continue with Amazing and will definately ask for Zachary for my next maintenance in October!

Amazing was honest and trustworthy, Greg came out to my house established trust and worked with me strait from start to finish. My favorite part of the entire process was that once Greg had quoted the system that we agreed upon, he didn’t pressure me at all to purchase. He let me and my family make an informed decision. Could not recommend more! Such a breath of fresh air to receive transparent no BS information from a company that cares!

I was quite impressed with Alex Bullock, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I called Amazing because of the radio ads! The honesty and work ethic this company advertised had me thinking that they would be the ones I would call if I needed HVAC service. I was not disappointed in anyway! I highly recommend Amazing. I waiting for an AC replacement pricing so I can’t comment on the price but the range Alex gave me seemed significantly less than most!
