We used Michael & Sons for the first time to install a wall sconce and get several quotes on electrical work, and we were very disappointed. I would not recommend them or use them again. While the electrician was friendly, the actual work was unprofessional. The wall sconce was not installed level and leans too far toward the wall. He cut the hole around the backplate way too large, making it look sloppy and forcing us to spend extra money to repair the drywall. When I asked why it was cut so big, he claimed it was standard procedure, which is absolutely not the case with other electricians. The light switch he installed also does not sit flush against the wall. Customer service has been nonexistent. I called twice over the span of a week asking to speak to a manager and was promised callbacks that never happened. To make matters worse, a technician was scheduled to come out and redo the work, but they completely no-showed without a phone call. No one has made any attempt to remedy the situation or address the poor quality of work. I cannot in good faith recommend them.

Thomas did an excellent job coming through and helping me fix my electrical issue. Was very thorough and diligent in the process and helpfully walked me through his process. Very friendly and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to charge me for unnecessary work. Would definitely recommend his service, and in turn the company, for top tier work. While I hope I won’t have to, I’ll gladly turn to Michael & Son for any future work I may need. Cheers, Thomas

I originally went with Airtron who diagnosed the AC unit but they had a 119 diagnostic fee and was charging me 619 for replacement with warranty. Got a second opinion from Michael & Sons and they had a 89 diagnostic fee and charged 385 for replacement with warranty. Needless to say we would be doing business with Michael & Sons moving forward. Chris and Steven were great people and awesome technicians and were very knowledgeable and explained their findings. Customer service was fantastic.

Logan was excellent. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and the service quality was great. I really appreciate his help and would gladly recommend him.
