“They do good work, but their billing and payment plans are constantly changing. You used to have to pay monthly with no other option, which I hated and couldn't pay in full. Now I believe that has changed.”

“They did not want to fix it. They just wanted to replace my unit. They wanted to charge me for 3 pounds of freon, but when I had another company come out, it only took one pound to fix my unit.”
“Not only do they not fix the problem, but the technician messed up the wiring for the heating while he was working. We had to have another company fix the original air conditioning. We had to pay to have that fixed afterwards. We would never use Komfort Air again.”

“The first time they were out I had me work done and they installed a pump to pump out water. There was water in the tray and dirt. I had some guys come out and they said the emergency shut off was not working. I paid 1200 to them and was told for them to come back and do it the proper way would cost me an additional $2,000.00.”

“Would likely recommend this company based on my 1st time use for tuning up my 2 AC systmes. Technician spent 2 hrs of time to thoroughly clean and recalibrate both units.”
