“I actually had an issue with a clogged line to my upstairs AC unit. As a result, water accumulation created a water leak that damaged my home in various areas. Per the maintenance agreement I signed, it states that clearing and checking that particular line was included. It was a very stressful experience, and I still am in the process of filing for damages with my insurance company to fix my home. ”
