“I can highly recommend Strand Brothers. We recently had an issue with our unit, due to the overly high temps lately. It was a Sunday, and thank goodness that we were signed up for Platinum service. Made the call at or about 2:20 and a technician was here at 4:55. That says it all!!! We have used Strand Brothers since 2010, when they replaced our 2 units. They have not missed a beat since then. We get semi-annual check ups on our units and it all works so very well. Thank you, Strand Brothers!!!”

“Strand Brothers is always professional in both communications and service.”
“I no longer have the HVAC system Strand Brothers serviced. I had it replaced by another local company, who's estimate for a new system was much lower than Strand's was. In the end, it was not worth the time and effort to have Strand service the old unit. That probably could have been communicated to me more clearly.”

“One of their techs came a year ago, and we asked him to put vinegar or bleach down the condensation tube. He didn't do it. We think he lied. It's no big deal, we can do it ourselves, but he led us to believe he did it when I'm sure he did not.”
