“I would say three stars for a few reasons. One, the sales team or the salesperson that came by the house gave one expectation, which is why Nathan and I chose to sign up on the day of with Power. However, we found out on the day of installation that what the sales representative shared with us was not correct, and Power was not willing to provide any, and I don't necessarily want to say compensation, but they were not willing to cover the cost that was not explained to us by the sales representative, so we felt a little bit misled there. Fortunately, though, we ended up not having to do the extra work that they thought we would need, and so at the end of the day we did not pay the extra money. However, it was not shared with us at the point of sale. The second thing that was not shared with us was that they would not be removing all of the old siding, which, again, is why we chose to go with Power and how it was sold to us. We were having issues with the siding that we had, like buckling, rotting, etc., and so we were under the impression that they were going to remove and replace all of the siding. But on the day of installation, I walked outside and noticed that they were literally riding the old siding, even though it was rotting and had visible signs of damage. I contacted the Power project management team and explained that to them. He told me at that point that it was not a removal, and I explained, again, my dissatisfaction and that was not what was presented to me at the time of sale, which is why I ended up going with Power on the day of. So, he called the field team, and I know that they removed the siding from the front of the house. I honestly don't know if any siding was removed from the back of the house, but I do know that there was riding happening on the back, and so that was my second concern. My third concern is that there was a lot of material left over, and I guess the guys who were working on the house were supposed to take a picture of the material that was left so that they knew what to expect and what to come back and get. I guess that did not happen. So our install was on a Wednesday. I think finally on a Thursday and Friday, I called the office, and I said, "Hey, is someone coming back to get the material that Friday?" They said, "Yeah, we have someone in the area. We'll have them stop by." The field manager, or whoever stopped by on Friday, pulled up and saw that there was a pallet full of material, and he was in a little pickup truck, so of course, he could not take the material. Understandably so, as he was not aware that there was going to be all of that material left. So essentially I did not have full use of my driveway until the following Monday after our Wednesday install when they called someone else to come and pick up the material, so the same people that dropped it off were the same people that had to pick it up because, like I said, it was still on the pallet. My fourth and final issue, aesthetically, is that I really like the way that the house looks. It looks much better than it did before. I think when we asked for the stone in the doorway, our expectations as far as the quality of material were going to be different. The salesperson again told me that the stone was going to look like the stone in my kitchen, like the backsplash in my kitchen. I was like, "Oh, OK, that's great." It's actually like stone pieces. However, the composite stone that was installed literally looks like Lego blocks. There was no insulation in there. It's literally just thrown up. So, while aesthetically it's pleasing, I feel like for the cost that we pay, the quality is not there.”

“The consultation is extremely long, going over 5 hours. The salesman was rude, every 2 minutes the price changed. The worst company ever to deal with. Initially we asked for Siding to be added and financing. The next day, less than 12 hours later. I called to cancel and the lack of training was evident. The pushy Salesman wouldn't accept that I would not want to spend the additional 40k for the work. He called me out of my name and asked if I was on drugs and that why I was going back on the siding. Asking for a proper loan documentation to move forward with the gutter job was IMPOSSIBLE even tho several people told me it was corrected, but never could show me proper loan documents with correct amounts. They claimed to cleanup after the work done and my yard was absolutely littered with debris. I asked 2x for the clean up and never recieved it. Complete trash. The workers also didn't speak a word of English and no job foreman there to ask questions or concerns. Had to call 3 ppl to get a simple message across to them about an never patch and gaps in the soffit.”
