Swift Service does not work with brand or home warranties or insurance/authorized services and does not offer financing, payment plans, or technical support over the phone. The company does not reprogram washing machines or install pedestals, remove Freon, level appliances, or provide cosmetic repair or cleaning services. Swift Service does not service absorption refrigerators, change fuel types for dryers or cooktops, run smoke/pressure tests for range hoods, or add R290 refrigerant to refrigerators. The company does not offer carpentry services for appliance installation and does not provide plumbing related to dishwasher installation.

Estimate fees are $95 for standard residential appliances, $125 for high-end and commercial appliances, and $145 for stackable and built-in appliances.

Swift Service offers a one-year parts warranty and a six-month labor warranty.

Swift Service offers services for most major appliance brands, including Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, LG, Samsung, GE, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, JennAir, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Hotpoint, Fisher & Paykel, Miele, Monogram, and Scotsman.

Employees drive marked vehicles, wear uniforms and shoe covers, and undergo background checks and drug testing.
