They're very professional. They've been good, and they fixed the problem. They get an A+. I spoke with them, and he told me what he could come out and take a look at it and give me an estimate, and if he could fix it, he certainly would, and if not, he'd let me know. I would recommend them.
I think they've done a glass shower door for us, and it turned out great. I would give them an A.
They're halfway through. They're doing two projects. They needed to finish the first one before the second one. The first one is done. The guy was very professional, very good, and I'm very happy with it. The next one should start as soon as my windows come in. They had to be manufactured. They're definitely an A.
They fixed leaks in my house in one of my condos. I got them out of the book. They were fine. They were very, very nice. Very professional. They came on time. They did everything on time. They did a good job. I would recommend them as well. I would give them an A rating.
They replaced a doorframe. Sebastian, I think, was the representative they sent out. He did a real good job explaining everything and what was going to happen. He gave me a good time line of when all the parts and everything that he needed would be there. He had to order a new back door. Everything was fine. They showed up, and they did all the work as promised. There was no unexpected surprises. No last minute change to the price because of x, y, z or anything like that. I looked in that blue and white book, and I was looking for folks that would do the work. I called them and explained what I wanted, and they said, 'We think we can do it, but let us come out and check,' and that's when they sent Sebastian. He came out, and he said they could do it, and everything seemed good. It was kind of luck of the draw. I didn't know who would come out just to do work for one door. I didn't know if they would want bigger jobs. Some companies have minimums, but they came out. I would give them an A grade.
Echols replaced five windows for us. The presentation was impressive, and he was very efficient when he replaced the windows. He kept his promise about the time frame for arrival, and the completion of the work was very, very lovely. I was really impressed. He had a very nice personality as well—A+.
They did my sunroom windows, and they did a very good job. They were very organized. There were six windows, and they put vinyl windows in, frames and all. This room was warm in the summer and cold in the winter, so that's why I had it done. I'd give them an A.
Echols Home Improvements did a great job. They put in replacement windows for me, and I would grade them as an A.
Echols put windows and a French door in the back, and I would definitely give them an A.
Echols replaced the door and the door frame—the whole thing. The work was done very well, and the doors are of a high quality. It was excellent. The workers were pleasant and well spoken, and they did a good job.
