I had Murrell's do a trench and put a moisture barrier up on the wall. Everything they did was professional and complete. I thought they did a great job. Their crew was excellent, and they were very neat and orderly. They did the job in a timely manner and were very professional. They're definitely an A+ company across the board.
I had a hairline crack in a basement wall that was seeping water. They came in under pressure, filled the crack, and made it waterproof. They did excellent work. Everything was completed on time, and they met every commitment. I'd say they get an A grade. I would recommend them.
Murrell's Waterproofing was terrific. They did all the waterproofing for the new house.
They were awesome—I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
I had a leak coming into the house, and they researched, figured out where the leak was coming from, and then fixed it. The first time, it didn't quite finish it the whole way, BUT when I called them back they were very apologetic. They came back and fixed it perfectly, and I haven't had any other problems. They're an A.
I had a ground pipe that came up through my concrete floor in a basement, and there was water seeping in there, and they sealed that. Then they came back to make sure it was perfectly done after there was a little bit of seepage the first time. Also, I had a concrete rock wall, where there was also some seepage, and they did some seal work there that was really well done. They follow up, too. When there was a little question about the work, and I asked if they could come out a second time and take a look, they were happy to do it. They're an A, across the board. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.
They had to put a drain to keep the water drained out because water was sitting in there. They fixed it, but we did end up having to put a dehumidifier in there too. I don't have any complaints. I I would recommend them. They did a good job.
They sealed the foundation in my new house. They did what they said, when they said they'd do it. It was good, prompt service. They did an excellent job. They're an A.
It's been a positive experience with Murrell's. They fixed a vertical crack in the foundation where water was coming in. They were referred to me by someone I trust, and they showed up on time. They were good communicators, and they got the work done. They deserve high marks on all criteria—an A grade.
The guy fixed a crack. He was good. He was very professional, he cleaned up behind himself, and I would definitely use him again. It was a big crack in the wall, and it was leaking through. He came in and gave me a very honest quote. Someone else recommended something else big, but he said 'Ma'am you don't even need to do all that.' He injected something in it, and he said 'that's all you need to fix your problem.' He injected it, and it's still holding up with no problems. Overall, the experience was A+.
