ProTech was great. It felt like the guy that was here generally felt bad for us about our situation. We had a flood, and I was in the middle of studying for the bar exam—he was really understanding about everything. I feel like he was really up-front and honest about what he could do to make the situation as best as it could be, considering the circumstances. They had the floor system installed to suck up the water from our wet floor. It was there for over a week with dehumidifiers and stuff. I would grade ProTech as an A.
They were thorough, professional, and on time. They didn't waste a lot of time, and they had good people on the job. We had a powerless, back-up sump pump that worked off of village water pressure that somehow turned on itself, and the next thing you know, we had 16 inches of water in the basement on a perfectly clear day. They were involved in cleanup—getting stuff out of there, disinfection, that kind of stuff. Our insurance company steered us their way, and we could not have been more pleased with ProTech. Without question, they're an A across the board—that's how good they are.
They were able to do it fast, and I didn't have to wait. They were clean, polite, and professional. It was just all-around good. They had to remove existing insulation that was soaked from a broken pipe, and then they reapplied insulation in the crawlspace. The customer service was very good. They were very nice, and they were very clean and tidied up everything. They were definitely an A.
The guy was friendly. They got the work done quickly. I had some water damage, so they pulled it out with a suction device. Some carpeting was wet, too. I would give them an A grade.
ProTech was good. They did a good job cleaning up. They cleaned up the water damage that we had in our basement—that's what I liked about them. I believe our plumber recommended them. I'd rate them as an A.
I liked everything about ProTech. They were courteous, and they knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up, and they did a good job. They had to cut up the walls and air dry everything, and they put in some stuff to prevent mold. They did a full job. They're an A.
I liked their professionalism. A connection to our sump pump had become disengaged, and it was squirting water all over our basement. They came in and took care of rescuing our basement, and I would give them an A.
They showed up and did the work. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned out our basement from water damage, and they took up the wood floor, which was pretty difficult. I'd give them an A grade.
ProTech was pretty prompt. It was for water damage, and they were doing the cleanup portion of it. I chose them based on a positive referral that I got; part of the reason I chose them was because of response time. I would probably say they're an A.
If I have water damage again, I will definitely call ProTech. They came quickly, and they were very careful workers. I would definitely recommend them. A few weeks after it happened, the owner called me and asked how things were, and I was very impressed with that. The front window well was plugged up, and the water came into the basement like Niagara Falls. They definitely get an A+.
