They did a really good job, actually. When I called them, they gave me a quote—I was out of town along with some other people, and I decided to choose them, so by the time I get home, everything's done, so I didn't actually know they're here. Everything looked like what they told me they were going to do. I have a pine tree, maybe 50 feet high, they cut down, and also ground the stump and put the soil back and the grass back. It looks good so far, no problems. I would say A+. I don't have any complaints. I'm going to call them back and have them do some other things for me.
They gave me a quote, did what I asked them, and I paid them. They cut down a tree and ground the stump. I have very high expectations. In this society, people expect to be mistreated and expect to not get taken care of properly, and I don't expect that. I expect it to be done correct, and they did it correctly, so nothing stood out. They did what I asked them to do, they were very polite, and they cleared away. Nothing was broken, misplaced, none of that stuff—but I expect that. Excellent, no complaints.
Embark Services did an excellent job. A tree was growing into the house. They cut back the limbs from the house; now it's clear, and the tree doesn't look bad either. They were very fast. I heard out about them because they did the house behind me, and I liked the job that they did. I would recommend them. An A is good.
They just came, did it while I was at work, and came home and it was perfect. They were trimming my front trees. They called me back quick when I left a message with them. I would recommend them.
The worker made it positive. He was friendly, he knew what he was talking about, he had a lot of information for me, and he did the job very correct, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. They did tree removal—it was one big tree. I got several bids, and I went with them. I would recommend them—I already have. I'd give them the best grade.
All was good—they were great, super nice. They did tree trimming and fertilizing. I have used Embark three or four times. They cleaned up a couple trees. A is fine.
They were better than the ones that did my neighbors next door because they showed up at the same day. I was watching them, and they did a great job. I was recommended by another friend of mine, and she was very happy with them too. So I was pretty confident that they were going to do a good job, and they did. They did a great job. They just basically shaped up all my oak trees and a few of the trees with some limbs that were very high up near my home that the last tree service forgot to do, so he got them. They did it great. A is fine.
Cody was very professional when he came out, and he came highly recommended. They got the job done. They started and finished as quickly and cleanly as possible—they just did such a great job. They did everything I asked, so a great job. They took out like three pretty good-sized trees, one really tall tree so they had their equipment in here and everything. They did a great job. It was a referral. I went ahead and asked around, and my aunt has used them, has used Cody before, so when I called that number, I asked for him.
They did the job they said they were going to for the price they said. They took out a pine tree, about a 60-foot pine tree, just the one. They were coming over for our neighbors, and I happened to see them, so I asked them, and they told me, 'Yeah, since we're here, we'll go ahead and take care of it for you,' and so that was really nice. Usually people make you wait two or three weeks or a month before they can get back over there. That was about it. I would actually give them an A+.
I like using an arborist instead of just a regular guy with a saw. I take care of my trees; they're valuable assets to any property. They thinned out my trees. Down here on the Gulf Coast, we've got to allow wind to pass through them; otherwise, you get a hurricane or a tropical storm, the trees are going to come down. About every two or three years, I have them thinned out, and they cut away the dead wood and all that as well. It's really just a smooth call. They send out an arborist to look at the trees, and then the guys come and cut it, then I give them money—simple as that. I've known them for a number of years. They had a shop over here, and they've done some work for me professionally as well. I'm going with A+.
