It was their second time, and both times were excellent service. That's why I called them back a second time. Every few years, I have the trees thinned out so they're harder to blow over onto the house and wind can pass through them easier. Every time I have done that, they did real good. The customer service was fine. I tell them when, they come out and do it, and they're done. I think my boss recommended them to me. I'd give them the highest grade—A+.
They almost always send the same person, who knows my trees and my yard really well and can tell if there's a change or a problem. If there is a problem, they can tell what is causing the problem. I have another company that does my yard and sprays the bushes, and one of the bushes was dying. They told me, 'That's because the bush is old.' I said, 'The bush isn't old—it was just planted this year.' I called the Arbor Care people to check on my trees anyway, because it was time. I also asked them about the bush, and he said, 'It's not because it's old. It's dying from mold.' The new company had put too much mulch down and created a problem, allowing the water to stay in there and kill the bush. Arbor Care really knows what they're doing. Unfortunately, they don't do yard work, but they do take care of my trees and have done so for years. My husband chose them originally. At the time, there weren't a lot of companies to choose from. The customer service is excellent. They're A+.
It was a professional company, and they had insurance. The arborist came out to look at the trees first. It was tree trimming—about five trees. Their customer service was excellent. I chose them because they're close to my house. I'd grade them as an A+.
Arbor Care is dependable and reliable. They did the work they said they would do, and they're professional. They pruned our trees, and it took less than half a day. Their customer service was excellent. They're very considerate of our requests, on time, and cooperative. They're a pleasure to deal with. They have good communication. We've been using them for years, and we would give them an A+.
They came and did their job, they cleaned up after they were done, and the trees looked great. They trimmed about 25 trees. There are only certain arborists that can cut our trees. They were on the list, so I chose them. They earned an A.
I have three oak trees. They trimmed the oak trees, and then they removed two other trees and did some cabling. I would give Arbor Care an A+ rating.
We've used them for a long time, and it's always been good. We have a large lot with a lot of trees, and they seem to know how to take care of it. They take things down when they have to. After Hurricane Ike, we had trees come down. They were out here looking at them and got to them as soon as they could because ours were not threatening any buildings or anything. They are very good, and the customer service is great. You call them, and they'll call back the same day when you need work. We've been using them for six or eight years. An A+ suits them—no issues.
They were prompt on the appointments they set for doing work in the yard, and I really appreciated the public safety procedures that the guys took. They left a very clean job afterward. We had two major tree trimmings two or three years apart and an annual deep-root fertilizer for the trees. I had no issues with the customer service at all. I chose them because of a reference from the original homeowner, and then when I discussed some issues with the trees with them, I was pleased that they came out in person to discuss the options with me. They're A+—no doubt on that one.
They did what they said they were going to do, and they were quick and efficient. They did tree trimming, and they fixed a split in one of my trees. The customer service was great. I had no problems. I'd grade them as an A+.
They did it in a timely manner, and they did a good job. We needed to take down a couple of dead trees. They did that, and they had to grind the stump as well. It was great. The quick response and nice people made it great. I chose them because we'd used them in the past. I chose them initially because our landscaper recommended them. I think they're an A+ company.
